Gladiators | Consequences of Life and Self-Esteem

Life is a consequence when competition and pride are at stake to get an honorary title, maybe that's the right sentence to be echoed in the heyday of the royal system. The word reconciliation does not apply to gladiators who stand and fight in the ceremonial arena of nobility, life, dignity and honor will be pinned on gladiators who can conquer their opponents. The mechanics of royal life are harsh and perhaps this is a transition from the law of the jungle. The methodology of fighting in an arena played by gladiators is proof that strength is survival.

Some gladiators were volunteers who risked their social lives and lives in the arena. While most gladiators were denigrated as slaves, were harshly educated, socially marginalized, and separated even after death. Regardless of their origins, gladiators provided viewers with examples of Roman battle etiquette, and, both in battle and at death, they were able to elicit admiration and praise. They were depicted in both upper and lower class art, and their value as entertainers was remembered in precious and common objects throughout the Roman world. Source

Maybe you've seen the movie "Gladiator" and I've seen it too, at first I just thought that this movie was just the imagination of a director who defined life in a royal system that didn't necessarily match the real life that happened at that time but my perception was destroyed when I learned from several historical records about the facts of gladiators in his day. This film is a documentary about the life of mankind in ancient times and has been defined by the nature of royal life.

Gladiators are assumed in today's era where lives are at stake to compete for survival, find work, food and other necessities of life but great power is not possessed by everyone so many fall. While competition is tough, another view comes from government officials who take advantage of people's rights, corruption, nepotism and collusion have made them strong and perhaps they are the invisible gladiators of the modern era.

The generalization of gladiators in the royal era and in the modern era is a continuous transition of life as evidenced by the competition of life that will not perish.
