Her business should have its uniqueness that can be differ from others. She need to think a possible solution and generate new ideas, so it will stand out in the market.
Nokia is one of the top mobile phones brand in the market before, but because of the competitors like Apple, their sales was decrease and they try to reduce their prices to gain sales but they failed. They are too focused on decreasing their product's price to gain sales and forget that they can produce unique products. If they didn't stop to generate ideas they will still surely be one the top brand mobile phones until now.
