Beach is best place to refresh your physical and mental
Good evening my friend! Continuing article I wrote yesterday with title Beach is my favorite place to spend my vacation, now I will continue to outline some of benefits of vacationing to beach which is great for your mentally and physically.

Vacationing to beach can be best solution to relieve stress in a positive way. You can get a relaxing sensation walking on a wide stretch of beach sand.
A study revealed that color of sea water and blue skies is related to health. Blue is known to make a person feel calmer and more relaxed. Sounds and environment of beach can bring peace that has a deeper emotional effect. Sound of ocean triggers feelings of relaxation and deep memories.
