Things are getting better We crave for positive changes at one point of our life, in our family, our workplace, our society and our country at large. Sometimes we give hope because what we see or are seeing is not encouraging at all. Well, in my country, Nigeria, I'm beginning to notice some improvements. Just like the saying goes-to every bad side, there is a good side. Although, the economy isn't so good, security issue is getting worse, schools has been on strike for almost six months now and the rate of poverty is increasing day by day. Still, my country is not all bad. I noticed something of recent, which is the constant supply of electricity. Power supply has been very regular these days and not just that, the light has been full. I mean high current. The Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) had proved they are up to their task. They have been doing well. Even right now, there is rain. In some countries they hardly take their light. It's usually on 247. They don't know what God has done for them 😁. Seriously, things are getting better. At least, I can point to something tangible. About some months ago, we were happy yet worried about how regular they kept on giving us light because whenever it's like that, you have to suffer not having light for months. Then, they will give us light for a few days and withhold it for a whole month. It was that bad. You might even be lucky they bring it but it might be low-current. Then, you would have to go to your neighbour's house to charge or pay to charge for people that do it as a business except you have a personal generator or a solar panel (s). Although, this is now affecting those that collect people's phone, batteries, power bank and help them charge in exchange for money. Now business is low for them. Even people from other states confirmed this. I thought this good thing happening was just in my area until I found out from a friend that they are experiencing same too and jokingly she said at this point they have to start begging PHCN to take off the light. I'm so glad about this. I hope it stays this way. It would make things easier. Now, we don't have to worry about preserving things since our refrigerator now gets powered up, I don't have to iron all my clothes at once since the light is consistent, I can use the electric cooker and save some gas, I don't have to worry about my phone dying as a result of low battery, I can also watch TV often. I can do a lot of things with this great improvement. So, tell me, what more could I ask for? Thanks for reading 😁

Holiday: The Awaited Time The most anticipated time during school period, for me, is the holiday. I love holidays. It is a period of rest and it lasts but a few days or weeks, which I don't like. During holidays, you get to rest well, eat well, visit places you ought to visit and travel around the world (if you so wish). A holiday can also be a day declared free from work by the Federal or State government. There was this thread I saw on Twitter sometime ago. You are to mention your birth month without mentioning your birth month. It's very simple. Just tell us what makes your birth month unique. For instance, the month when Nigeria gained independence. It's October. Well, let me get to what I am driving at. May is a month of months. A month of break with not less than two public holidays in Nigeria. We have Workers day on the 1st of May, Children's day on the 27th of the same month and Democracy day on the 29th. Although, Democracy day has been moved to June 3rd. Looking back to when I was in primary school and then secondary school, I kind of liked the month of May because of the public holidays that come with it. And that is because I get to watch the television more than I do on regular days. Most times, the holiday is taken as a leisure period. A time to unwind, to breathe, here we have more time to ourselves. But it is not all about that. Over the years, I have come to learn new things during the holidays, so can you. Learning new things depends on your interest, your environment and the resources available to you. So what can you do? **Learn a skill:** Yes, you! You can learn a skill. My friend learned crocheting during a holiday and now she makes sweaters, caps, bags, hairbands with it. Not only that, she makes money from it. Again, she developed interest in tailoring and went to acquire the necessary skill and training required to matter it. She loves sewing now. All this she gained during the holiday. Of course, she watched movies and took time out to rest but decided not to lazy around. **Dear you, learn a skill today.** It helps. It will most especially serve as a source of income. Learning a skill helps to cut down expenses. What do I mean by this? You wouldn't want to pay for what you know how to do right? Except you are not chanced to do it. **Read books:** Books helps you to see through the mind of the author, through great minds. You would agree with me that most articles you write has been thought upon in your mind before you choose to post or publish it. Dedicate time to read books. If it's an hour daily that works for you, it's fine. The more you know, the more you realise what you don't know and the more you realise what you don't know, the more you want to know. **Exercise:** You might have noticed that you tend to add more weight during the holidays which is probably because you feed more or because you don't exert your energy on anything serious. Take a walk, jog, run; do all you can to keep fit. **Spend time with your family:** There should be a difference between when you are working and when you are on break. Spend quality time with your family especially during holidays. Let them enjoy you, your presence for only them can they miss you in your absence. **Grow in fellowship with God:** God loves us so so much that he sent his only begotten son to die for and redeem us from eternal damnation. Pray, worship, read and study your Bible that you may know Him more and more. **Connect with friends:** Don't abandon your friends; check up on them. Have hangouts, video calls, be a listening ear, message and call them and visit them if you can. Well, that will be all for today. I hope you enjoyed reading this? Thank you and good day 😊.

Always a Softie I have always been a Softie. Well, maybe now better than before. Life has taught me a lot and made me braver but it did not change this one part of me–a Softie. Are you someone like me? Or do you perhaps know someone like that? Someone that easily give way under pressure? My kind of person made me believe that no matter how strong we try to act, our soft side will always surface. Let me explain my definition of being soft: someone that ends up being calm in arguments. I won't say such person is weak rather soft, cool and sometimes a crybaby. They always appear to people as if they are trying to play the victim which is not always true. These kind of people let their emotions get through them and since they can't keep it in, they express how they feel freely and openly, not minding who is present with them. Their voices give way and tears flow. Well, this is me. I have always been a Softie since I was a child. Tears flow easily from my eyelids at the slightest provocation. I hated harsh words. I couldn't withstand it. I talked back whenever I had the chance to. I try to spill the truth and call a spade a spade which would most likely sound rude which most times is to an elder one and will result into me receiving hot slaps, punishments or undeserving words. I know this is bad. I guess I was wrong. I should have been more respectful. I can remember growing up as a Softie was not that easy. I got easily tormented or should I call it teased by those I call family. They knew my weak point and they used it against me. It was not funny then but now talking about it made me realize how childish I was. I counted every single thing. I held wrongs of people in my heart which made the tears unstoppable whenever I cried. They would beg me to stop crying but that would only increase the volume. But I feel better now. I hope all softies out there will feel better too. You don't have to cry on every occasion. People can speak hurtful words to you but they can't control how you feel, only you can do that. Yeah, there are times you just have to let it all out, to breathe but remember you are strong. You are strong lady! You are a strong guy! You are a strong father or mother. You are trying your best. Others might not see it now but keep pushing. You will come out better, you will soon be celebrated. Do not forget to be a listening ear. We live in a world where everyone is talking. Only few are listening. An attentive listener is appreciated by people. Be someone people can talk to and share ideas with. I won't say I am a great listener but I try as much as possible to be quiet yet active. I have a cousin that talks a lot. She talks more of herself, and her family. She talks about a lot of things—her experiences with guys, praying even in hard times and a whole lot of things. It was my sister that got to know her first. She said she liked that she is expressive but she talks to much. On knowing her, I held onto my sister's opinion of her much speaking. I gave little attention to whatever she was saying and truly she talks a lot. She doesn't care whether you are listening or not. I disliked her for that. But later, I realised that I was only acting based on what my sister told me. Now, I find her to be an interesting person who is willing to share her mind, plans and of course gists. From here I learnt that we should learn to listen to people and not act rashly based on sentiments. Also, don't let what people say get to you. Have a high self- esteem. People would always talk. Don't let it affect you only if what they are saying is the truth then you might need to readjust. Just like when I was in the University, 100 level to be precise. It was in the first semester and I had an exam that money. The school I attended has a dress code which students must abide with. So on that day, I prepared to write my exam and dressed up for school. I wore a v-neck top with a leggings. The v-neck cut was not too much and it was not exposing at all. I checked the mirror before I left for school and it was okay. My mom also saw me before I left. But these dress code officials refused me from entering the exam Hall. They said I had to go home and change. I would have to spend about thirty to forty minutes before I could reach home and another thirty to forty minutes to get back to school. The exam was just for two and a half hours. I didn't know what to do. I tried explaining, begged, did all I could but all to no avail. I became frustrated and I started crying. Serious one ooo😂 to the point that they had to console me. That was how I scaled through and later pardoned. Thank God! But there was this particular girl that was also caught but acted differently. She didn't see anything bad with what she was wearing. She was just talking anyhow. She stayed longer than I did. She became angry and raised her voice at the officials and they, in return, abused her. What I am trying to say here is that we would face things like this and what will say matters here. It can affect us. Don't respond angrily. Don't let it get to you. I hope you enjoyed reading? I did not intend to make this article a story time but they kept on flooding my mind and I thought sharing them wouldn't be that bad. So which are you, a Softie or a Hardie? Thanks for reading 💖😊

Don't Judge It's been two days since I last posted an article. Sorry for my inactivity. I have been busy with some things especially work that's why. I'll try to read as many articles as possible today. I have something to share with you. It's about a friend of mine. We are bosom friends. We are very close. Her house is just a few distance from mine. We grew up together. We even went to the same primary School. I am a little bit older than her but we are very free with each other and share things together. We act like sisters. Did I mention how busy I have been these days? Yes I did. I have been quite busy and I didn't have time for a lot of things as I needed absolute concentration on what I was doing. I could not check up on my friends as well. I appreciate those who did during those period. But this friend of mine did not try to see, call or message me. Anytime, she is around, I would go to her house and whenever she can too, she would come visit me. But this time around, I heard nothing from her. I was angry at first but later worried. Her number was not going through and there was no how I could go to her house since I return from work around 7pm. This is because my house is far from where I work. Then, I saw my friend's sister some days back. I asked her how my friend was dating and she said she is doing fine. I was relieved when I heard this. She told me that my friend has just returned back to school because they had started exams. I'd totally forgotten about her upcoming exam that she told me about. I learnt a lot from this. Just because someone very close to you stops checking up on you does not always mean you have become less important or they no longer care about you. It might be that something came up with them or they are very busy. So, try not to judge before you hear their side of the story. They will even appreciate you more. I believe that is one way to build friendship Although, one might feel pained and betrayed but we should still try to talk to them. As long as there in no discrepancy between you and your friend, you are good to go. I appreciate everyone here that come here everyday, read and post articles. Your consistency matters. Have a nice day!

Our Past At one time or the other you should have heard the statement: it's all in the past now. What we do today will later be referred to as our past. Our past is who and what we were before. Things we have done and long forgotten but will always reside in the memory of others. People don't forget things you know. They will always remember. Most times, our past is usually referred to as something we did wrong before. Our past doesn't define us although it might find a way to creep into the future. We shouldn't let it get the better of us, affect us in any way or try to influence our emotions. We are more than our past. Don't live in the guilt of what you were. Don't go back to your past if it's a bad one. You are not that bad person anymore. Let go of the past as much as you can. Forgive yourself because until then can you heal and forgive others. One way to help you let go of the past is to go back to God. He would forgive you of whatever sin you've committed and give you peace in abundance. So, run to God. Another way is to try as much as possible not to be idle. Engage in anything that will bring profit to you. Read a book, learn a skill, start a business. Just don't be idle. There is so much out there for you to do. Please, don't forget to love yourself. Self-care is important. Remember, you are you and not someone else. And before you know it, you will be a role model-someone people can look up to. Your happiness matters. You see a good quality in someone, admire such and if you can, make it yours. Don't try to be like someone else. Don't get me wrong, get motivated by them if they are someone you could look up to. And try to reflect on yourself. Check how far you have come and how well you are doing. If there is anything you need to change or improve on, don't hesitate to do so. Don't be static. Try to improve on yourself daily. It might not be easy but in the process of trying, you get to learn something new. Remember, you only grow when you determine to. Come rain, come shine don't give up on yourself. A problem shared is half-solved. This is very correct. Talk to a matured person about it. Someone you can trust, that can advise you and share his/her experience with you. It might even be a friend. Don't bottle it in all the time. Speak out. Don't die in silence. It's not every time you will be forming hard guy. There is a solution to almost every problem, if not all. Okay. I will stop here today. I'm so happy right now 💃. Just yesterday, the random rewarder started visiting my recent articles for the very first time. I appreciate everyone that reads, comments, subscribe, tip, sponsor and encourage this baby gal in any way possible. You mean a lot to me ❤️🤍

This or That Questions—Student Edition I finally want to do this. I have read several articles on this or that questions and since then, I have took interest in it. I thought of what to write and when I wasn't satisfied with what I could come up with, I checked the internet. I saw a whole lot of this or that questions but decided to go with the one for students. So, here I would be asking some questions and also answering them. Since it's a student edition, I would be discussing school related questions. Let's get into it. ***Start assignment immediately or wait until the last minute?*** I would prefer to start immediately. I start early I finish early; I start late, I finish late. When I'm done, I know I'm done and that way I can attend to other things. Let's do it and forget about it abi? But the truth is I don't do this all the time. I'm guilty of waiting until the last minute. I can be lazy sometimes which usually cost me a lot-my sleep, I might not even have time to eat as I would want to meet up with the deadline. If I start my assignment early, I would be able to do some research, ask friends, add my own knowledge but I wait until the last minute, it's most likely I am going to do copy write. Whatever I see that looks like the answer, I will just write it down. ***Forget your pencil or forget your notebook?*** This one is quite easy. I would rather forget my pencil. As long as I am with my notebook, I can just ask around for anyone with an extra pencil and write draw or whatever I have to do. But if I am to forget my notebook, I have to write in another book and on getting home, I still to transfer what I've written to the original book. Or I can choose not to write at all and just have to wait till the next day when I will come to school with my book, borrow a friend's book and copy. That's kind of stressful. I would go with forgetting my pencil. ***Teacher reads my text message aloud or teacher tells the whole class my grade?*** Ahh, warris all this? 😂I'm still not sure of which one to pick. I think I'd just go with the teacher telling the whole class my grade. My grade shouldn't be that bad. So, he/she is free to tell the whole class of it. And even if it is bad, the class laughing at me would only push me to do better right? And in my class, we tell one another our grade whether good or bad. Anybody can ask me what I scored in a particular test or exam and I can walk up to anybody and ask them about theirs. We are free with each other so, I don't think that's a big deal. But a teacher reading out my text message to the whole class can be embarrassing. The message will conceivably be a not very good one. So, no I don't want. ***Spelling bee or math bee?*** For me, it's spelling bee all the way. I'm not very good in maths talk less of a competition. I can still try in spelling. Although, the words can be confusing as the pronunciation might be sometimes different from the actual word. ***Save as you go or save at the end?*** I'd rather save as I go which is what I usually do than save at the end. I believe it's easier to save little by little than to just take everything you earn and save it at once. It might even end up affecting you. ***Pen or pencil?*** Let me just go for pen. I don't really need pencil in school since I'm not studying an architecture or engineering course or art course. Although, in some courses I need pencil to draw a diagram. I don't draw as well. It's not my talent. So, I mostly write. I'm always with a pen. ***Messy locker or tidy locker?*** I mean who doesn't like a clean environment? Everyone does but not everyone can keep it clean. I prefer a tidy locker to a messy one. I can't deny that my locker gets messy at times which in turn makes it difficult for me to find whatever I am looking for. I would embrace a tidy locker then. That will be all. Thanks for reading this🥰🥰🥰

A Happy Relationship We all want or hope to get married someday. And most importantly, to the person we love. We want to live and grow old with that person. From what I heard, most of the time, you get to know your partner's true colour more when you are married. This is because you guys are now living together. Whether the person is neat or has just been forming to be a neat person, you will get to know eventually. But I usually wonder why it takes long for us to realize this, to see our spouse's faults and flaws. Or maybe we were just blinded by our love for that person. That's why you hear some married people say: I didn't know he was like this or she wasn't this way when I married her. Some even go to the extent of saying: if I knew she was like this I wouldn't have married her or if I knew this side of him, I would have just said NO to his proposal. We all want a happy marriage. I believe we can achieve that. Many have failed in the school of marriage and considering this might discourage one from getting married. But, look on the bright side, a lot of people are in thriving marriages, happy and content. We have to put God first too. God is love.He would help us to live in love with one another as long as we always ask for His help and walk according to his will. I also want to believe that communication is key. We communicate our feelings, emotions and thoughts. We should learn to carry each other's burdens and rejoice in each other's happiness. We should never underestimate the power of communication. Couples should laugh, fight, smile, talk, gist as many times as possible. Well, I would like your opinion on what I am about to share. I have a friend that just got engaged. She has Beena with this guy for about three years now. She claims she loves him. They are yyvery close. She knows and visits his parents likewise him. Her boyfriend or should I say fiance has anger issues. He has never beaten her but on countless occasions she has told me he raises his voice at her. There are times they would have a disagreement and he would send her out of the house and sometimes out of the car. To me, he is kind of violent. I've told her to not do something she will later regret. Although, there is no perfect person anywhere but we shouldn't endure what will later affect us in the future. So, what do you think about this? Do you think she should call it quit or continue? I would appreciate if you comment on this. Thank you!

Celebrations and Funny Memories If it is not too late, I would like to wish every Muslim here happy eid-el Kabir. I hope the celebration went well? Should I be expecting my share of the ram killed or I should face front? 😃🏃 I am a Christian and from a Christian home but we are surrounded by Muslims. We have mostly Muslim as neighbors which isn't a bad thing. We interact and relate well with one another. We behave just like families although there are boundaries. The more Muslims you have around you, the more food you should be expecting during Salah or any other 'odun'. Here in Nigeria, during any religious celebration, we share love by mostly giving (cooked) food, drinks and meat to our neighbors, friends and families. I enjoy visiting my Muslim aunties during this period because I know of a surety that I eat and eat. I can remember when I was young, we would always fight on who would take food to a particular person's house during Easter or Christmas celebration. We don't fight for nothing. When you give such person the food, the person will in return give you money though it might be little and also pray for you. That money is called 'owo odun' in Yoruba. At first, you try to reject the money when first offered to you but at the second or third attempt of the person, you collect the money stylishly and say thank you ma/sir. You go home with joy after such moment. It makes us really happy then. But this life is give and take. Nothing goes for nothing. My brother was telling me yesterday that he might end up building his house amongst Muslims. Them, my mom said if they give you, you have to give them too. Not like they will ask you to give them but you yourself know that you have to repay good with good and food with food. So, that's it. But it was really fun yesterday. Not only that, we had light/electricity all through the day even up till now. It might not be a big deal to you if you have a constant supply of electricity in the state you reside. I even heard that in some countries, they notify the people there when there won't be light. You guys are lucky o😂. Here NEPA or is IBEDC can take the light anytime without notifying anybody. You can just get a generator or probably a solar panel to support. If not, you have to go around with your charger looking for where to charge or pay to charge in case you urgently need your phone. Welcome to my country, Nigeria. I still love you, dear country and would never stop loving you. Just that I wish things were better. So, we had light yesterday. I was at home all through. I watched movies on the TV as well, slept and of course ate lots of rice till my stomach couldn't take more. I have come to like eating ram. On a norm, we don't buy ram to eat. We eat beef and chicken most times. So, I enjoy eating ram meat. I like the way it taste especially the skin. Well, thanks for reading this 🥰🥰🥰. And once again happy eid-el Kabir.Have a fulfilled week ahead.

Thieves are Merciless! Why would a person be fine with taking people's things without their consent? It is called stealing. Taking what does not belong to you all because of greed or covetousness is mad, I mean very bad. Thieves forget that people work, one way or the other, for whatever they own. They struggle to get those things and someone from somewhere would just steal and sell it cheaply. My friend called me yesterday telling me that her phone was stolen on Saturday at her shop. I felt for her because it's not even up to a year that she got the phone and they just took it. According to her, the thieves pretended as if they wanted to buy something. They were two. They came differently. So she was not suspecting them or anything. My friend sells clothes. They already selected what they wanted. She told them the price but all of a sudden they started behaving funny. One said he had to withdraw from the POS nearby and the other left almost as soon as the first one left without buying anything. Then she discovered that the reason they left hastily was because they'd already stolen her phone. Can you imagine that? She was crying and lamenting over the phone when she called. I felt for her. She is a student. She only helps her mom at the shop. There is no hope that she will get a new phone as soon as possible. She told me she went to retrieve her line on Monday. If not for her dad that gave her a small phone and that is what she is managing now. It's just disheartening that the rate at which people steal nowadays keep increasing. When I got home and I told my friend about it, he also told me that his dad's phone was also stolen some weeks before. He told me that it's now very rampant. He said another thing that shocked me again. He said the new phone his dad got was stolen the same day my friend's own was stolen. It's not like the police are not doing their job. The police are trying but these thieves are not making their hard work reflect. Let's just try to be carful wherever we are and try not to get too carried away by what is happening around us so those picpocketers won't have access to our things. Stay safe!

B@Bolaa

We React Differently Just like the adage goes, there is nothing new under the sun. Everything that is happening, has happened before and will happen again. When we are faced with certain challenges, it looks as if it is bigger than us and as if we are the only ones experiencing it. Others have passed through this too. Some overcame, some didn't but learnt a great deal from it. Covid 19 has been predicted long before it happened. It eventually came to pass. The truth is every single person on this earth will face challenges. We would all be tested. There would be circumstances that try to shake us. For instance, breakups in relationships. After breakups, people react. Some might be sad, some relieved, some happy that they have gotten over maybe an abusive relationship, some might even break down and go through emotional instability.Whatever it is, you will notice that the way you respond to a heartbreak is different from the way another person or your partner would. Another example is that of our parents when you discuss your relationship lives with them. They react differently. Some might spark when you tell them of your feelings, some might advise you with care, some might scold you but that doesn't mean they do not love you. We have to understand that people perception differs. We have to understand people especially those we call our family and friends. We are wired differently. Therefore, we can only react differently. *****Transfer of Aggression***** Perhaps, you have heard of this statement-transfer of aggression. Let me explain it this way, let's say someone stole your phone. It is normal for you to be angry and very emotional. At that time, all you will be having is mixed feelings. Maybe someone asks you a simple question and then you respond angrily. You have transferred angression here. Because the person is not the cause of your problem and isn't the thief but you decided to take it out on that person. Although, it's not easy to keep your cool in such situation but that's the best thing to do. Remain calm. Don't vent it out on strangers. Do things that will help you to cool down. You can call that friend that understands you better or you can listen to music. Just make sure you don't lose your temper. Because at the end, it won't be worth all the tears, anger, moodiness. Let bygones be bygones and move on with your life. I appreciate you for reading this. I hope to see you on this block

So good to be back I was introduced to read cash by a friend. She told me of how much it improved her writing skills and how it also helped her financially by meeting her needs. But I'm happy I'm back, writing again. I hope to do this everyday. To be consistent because consistency is the key. Tomorrow is the last day in the month of June. I know July will be better but we have to do things better, in a different and unique way to achieve a desirable result. One thing I'm working on is stepping out of my comfort zone for that is where life is. I'm at home presently. Just trying to work at home. I hope to earn on read cash. I have listed in my journal some things that I would like to be consistent with in the month of July. The first is exercise. I would love to exercise daily no matter how small. I have been doing this before but relented recently. It's been raining recently in the morning so I haven't really been able to jog. But I try to trek for at least thirty minutes daily. Staying at home has made me add weight so I'm trying to shed some. But I love me. I love the way God created me. I'm not complaining at all. At the same time, I have to keep fit. Having a nice body and a good shape is a really good thing. The second thing is self-confidence. I kind of preferred a one to one conversation to a public speech or address. I'm kind of introverted. I don't like public speaking. It makes my heart beat faster. Well, I've done it before. I'm trying to improve on myself to be able to speak before people no matter their number. Self-confidence is great. People tend to respect you and value your opinion when you are bold or confident. I don't really like shyness. I have shy friends as well as very bold friends. I love being around the bold ones they kind of motivate me to believe in myself and not be intimidated by anybody. I would also like to give myself to reading. Reading is good. It adds to ones knowledge and broadens our mindset. So my goal is to read at least a book per week. In a month, I would have read four books that way. Well, I have to pay for most of those on my read list. I'll order them when I have the money.I have a friend that is a bookworm she said she would lend me some of her books. She bought them. It's just that she travelled and might not be coming anytime soon but I will wait. Reading my Bible everyday. I read my Bible everyday just that I want to increase the number of verses I read daily and spend more alone time together with God because God is the reason of my being. I can't imagine living life without Him. He has always been there to help. Reduce social media activities or should I say reduce spending too much time online. I love watching videos especially funny ones. First, I promise to watch only three videos before I know it, I have already watched fifteen videos. It's not an addiction; it's just a craving. I just can't help it. Sometimes, it's until I check my data balance before my brain reset to default. I'll stop here today. See you in my next article ... I'm glad you read this💯🤍

Keeping a Diary Happy Sunday readers. Did you go to church today? Hope service was great? Well, I'll be writing about keeping a Diary and why you should. You may ask, what is a diary? A diary is a journal where you keep records of daily activities and experiences (both the good and bad). It is putting down one's thoughts. There you can share what happened during your day, what you achieved that day, how you feel. It is becoming a writer in your own world. You don't necessarily have to own a physical diary. There are diary apps on the internet that you can download. And you can try to sync it to your Google account in case you change your phone. But I'd recommend the physical one 'cause things written down tend to go unforgotten. A diary is meant to be private. It is meant to be read by you alone unless you decide to show it someone. You shouldn't read other people's diary, it is very wrong! Maybe, there are times you feel someone reads your diary you won't feel free to write expressly because you don't want someone knowing your secret. Just like I mentioned earlier, you can write about things you want to achieve in say three months time. And because you check your diary everyday, it kind of motivates and reminds you that you can achieve those things. And before you know it, you've drafted a plan about how to go about it and right before you open your eyes, you would discover that such goal is aIready a walk-over. I've done this severally and it has worked for me, of course with the help of God. What about things you've achieved, put them down. Maybe you got an admission, make sure to write about it, when it happened, where you were, how happy you were when you got the news and the expected day of graduation. This helps you to keep track of when it all started. You can also put down your feelings and raging emotions. Doing this makes it feel like you are speaking to someone about it (this is not to replace human figures in our lives). It cools you down a bit. You become quiet in your mind. Although, you can still speak to someone about it. Hope you enjoyed reading? Give a thumbs up if you did.And remember to keep a diary. Bye for now 🥱
