But what happened to the chip installation process was the experimental stage on monkeys (the implementation was not long ago) but it wasn't that the monkeys became intelligent, but the fact that monkeys suffered psychologically and even affected their thinking and health.

From research conducted by PCRM research advocacy director Jeremy Beckham, it was found that the implantation of the brain chip developed by Neuralink had not met the target or was not ready because according to Jeremy "the fact is, almost every monkey who has implants in their heads and suffers from negative health effects" He also added that "their (Neuralink) experiment, quite frankly, injures and kills the animals indirectly"

And from this case PCRM has filed a complaint with the US government, in this case the Department of Agriculture and accused Neuralink of violating animal welfare laws.
