Cooperation Is A Problem

It must be admitted that everyone is never free from life's problems. Problems often come at an unexpected time, human beings are born with problems outwardly. the paradigm of people always leads to bad luck and destiny, blaming others and themselves so that problems are the hardest point for humans. when someone is in a phase of happiness, they often think that the peak of happiness will never last and will fall on them.

Cooperation Is The Source Of The Problem

Is this a wrong sentence? we may think this is something that is commonplace as humans. because working with groups or many people is the main thing in building life.

But in fact the problem comes when we are in interaction with someone for a certain period of time. For example, you and someone or a group are in a community organization that has the capacity as an administrator or leader. Within a certain period of time, you and other administrators often have different views or understandings, which actually have the right goal to advance the organization in a better direction, but because of differences that often occur, conflicts arise and eventually conflicts occur to bring each other down. so that there are also factional differences between proactive and counter groups in the organization, resulting in divisions.

Contextually I say this based on personal experience and the reality that occurs in human life. so many disputes that occur between fellow family members or relatives, workers and business owners and so on because of cooperation.

Many diamond minds or smart people in groups or organizations often create differences of opinion so that one's conservative attitude destroys cooperation that has been forged for quite a long time.

Incidents like this continue from generation to generation. as the most complex question. How many state leaders or presidents have survived and ended their leadership with a very beautiful impression?

Even though there are mediation or reconciliation actions from both parties, the cooperation will not continue as it was in the beginning. the tendency of people to problems like this because of internal and external factors that occur.

Maybe we all have felt the same way with the problems that occur because of the cooperative relationship that has existed for so long. but because of human nature who wants to always get something more and wants to always be in front.

Surviving under pressure is very difficult. when personal problems occur, it is often contained in a cooperative relationship so that the defense and solidarity in the relationship becomes fragile and destroyed. This constraint has a negative impact on both parties.

Intolerance often occurs and results in no more cooperative relationship even though it is a family relationship. very ironic when this happens.

Actually the cooperative relationship is very good and has a good purpose. but because of the problems that occur the attitude of professionalism in performance will continue in personal relationships. this is a reality that often happens and there are many examples that we see out there.

"The ship does not sink with the water around it but the ship sinks because of the water that enters the ship, the cooperative relationship will not be fragile if it does not have endless problems".
