Thanks for sharing your advice on how to do some home work out but no thanks because now i'm very very lazy for those kind of thing just a couple of beer will work for my day lol..........
This is where I have started. It all helps. I love to add which exercise I chose to the customizable calendar. So easy to use and such a motivator. It is so much more than what the title promises, it's not just about getting the free work outs, it's finding a new beginning, a fresh start, and a hope for a healthier future. Thanks for sharing brother!
Thanks for this tips. I'll try these tomorrow. I already tried number two though, it's exhausting but effective. I tried to exercise when the quarantine started but I only lasted for more than a week π It's easier to gain fats than to lose them π
Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness... For most healthy adults, the Department of Health and Human Services recommends these exercise guidelines: Aerobic activity. Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity.... Research has shown that it's important to get all four types of exercise: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility.
...Physical activities that build endurance include..Dancing....Swimming....Biking....Climbing stairs or hills...Playing tennis or basketball....A weekly day of rest is often advised when structuring a workout program, but sometimes you may feel the desire to work out every day.
