What I love about our team

In a team there's always a leader, and yeah you know the minions too. They are always in sync in various situations. When the other can't do it's job the other one will do it as per back up plan, the result would be good if the team are united.

As tomorrow would be the opening of the project that we're working on so all of us, most of the time we're the one's purchasing the materials needed for the project. Going here and there, calling merchants by merchants to buy materials and other needed things just to finish the said project.

Earlier, as most days, I was alone here in the office while the Boss and the Architect needs to go to some showroom looking for some delicate materials. While they're out I've been attentive on my phone since Lady Boss often calls to monitor the messenger where are he headed and what's the materials he's purchasing.

Telecommunications is really a big help in most of our job as we can easily connect with each other and can also surpass minor problems if we do communicate constantly.

Like for example earlier, Lady Boss told me to search stores selling certain materials and the messenger is on the other street doing some task that the Boss assigned to him. After calling the store I call Boss and told him the price and then she told me to call the messenger and instruct him to buy this and that and will refund him in the office as they're still in some showroom. So I became again the bridge of the supplier and the messenger. I also often call the warehouse regarding the pull in materials and also the permit and the driver so when Lady Boss asked me regarding those things I can easily give her all the information needed to dissipate.

Since they're buying some materials,I help them disembark those and put in the office so the delivery will pick up later as they're on the graveyard schedule.

Less hassle as we kept on communicating every time there's concern so we can assess it to avoid delays on the tasks.

As of writing, it's already 12:16am but we're still communicating with the personnel in charge on site due to some delays with the delivery, the heavy rain also caused the delay. Good thing the driver didn't back out amidst the weather situation and even willing to stay up until morning in case he's needed.

Truly nothing beats a team that is united. The work may be hard but the people works harder.
