আমার বাবা অসুস্থ। আমার বাবা একজন ছোট চাউল ব্যবসায়ী। অসুস্থতার কারণে আজকে চাউল বিক্রি করতে বাজারে আসতে পারেনি। তাই আমি তার পরিবর্তে আজকে চাউল বিক্রি করতে বাজারে এসেছি। আমরা হাত দাড়ি-পাল্লায় চাউল করি। প্রতি হাটেই খুচরা দরে চাউল বিক্রি করা হয়। আমার এটিই জীবনের প্রথম বাজারে একা একা চাউল বিক্রি করার অভিজ্ঞতা। আমি প্রথমে একটু নার্ভাস ছিলাম। কিন্তুু বাজারের আরো দোকান্দারদের দেখে আমার সাহস বেড়ে যায়। বাবার ব্যবসায় আমার প্রথম দিন আমার সারাজীবন মনে থাকবে।

এটি আমাদের জেলার সদর হাসপাতাল। প্রথমে এর সিট সংখ্যা ১০০ থাকলেও পরে নতুন ভবন তৈরি করে এট সিট সংখ্যা ২৫০ এ উত্তীর্ণ করা হয়। এটি শুধু হাসপাতাল নয় এটির ভেতরে মেডিকেল কলেজ রয়েছে। মেডিকেল কলেজটির নাম শহিদ এম মনসুর আলী মেডিকেল কলেজ। শহিদ এম মনসুর আলী ছিলেন তৎকালীন চার নেতার একজন। তার নাম অনুসারে তাই এই মেডিকেল কলেজের নামকরণ করা হয়। তার বাড়ি আমাদের সিরাজগঞ্জ জেলাতেই। এই হাসপাতালে দেশের ভালো ভালো ডাক্তার চিকিৎসা করে থাকেন। আর চিকিৎসার খরচও কম। তাই এই হাসপাতালে সবার নজরে থাকে।
আজকে আমার দ্বিতীয় হাট। আমি আমার বাবার পরিবর্তে হাটে আসছি বাবার ব্যবসা দেখতে। আমার বাবা একজন ছোট চাউল ব্যবসায়ী। আমি হাটে আসছি কিছু বাকি ক্রেতা রয়েছে যারা টাকা দিতে পারে। আর কিছু কাস্টমার রয়েছে যারা অন্য কোথাও থেকে চাউল কিনে না। শুধু আমার বাবার কাছ থেকেই কেনে। তাই তাদের চাউল দিতে ও কিছু বাকি টাকা যাতে হাতে পাই তার জন্য আমি হাটে এসেছি। আমার উদ্দেশ্য হলো বাবার ব্যবসাকে টিকিয়ে রাখা। সবাই দোয়া করবেন।
আমাদের পাশের এলাকায় একজনের বাসার সামনের গেইটে এই গেট ফুলগুলো রয়েছে। আমি গতকাল সেখানে ঘুরতে যাই ফুলগুলোর কিছু ফটো তুলতে। আমি গিয়ে দেখি গাছের প্রায় সব পাতায় পাতায় ফুল ফুটেছে। আমি ফুলগুলো দেখে মুগ্ধ হয়ে যাই। বাসার সামনে এমন ফুল সত্যি বাসার সৌন্দর্যকে আরো বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে। আমিও চিন্তা করেছি আমার বাড়িতে এমন ফুলগাছ লাগাবো। কাছ থেকে দেখলে মনেহয় ভালোবাসা ঝুলে আছে। কারণ এগুলো দেখতে অনেকটা হৃদয়ের মতো। তাই একে হার্ট ফুল বলা হয়।
আমি এখন আমার ছোট ভাইকে মার্কেটে নিয়ে যাচ্ছি। দিনের বেলায় মার্কেটে অনেক লোকজনের সমাগম বেশি হয় তাই আমরা রাতের বেলায় মার্কেটে যাচ্ছি। আমি আমার ছোট ভাইকে একটি প্যান্ট ও একটি শার্ট কিনে দিবো। তার ইচ্ছা সে একটি প্যান্ট ও শার্ট কিনবে। আমি এখন রাস্তায় যাওয়ার পথে আছি তাই আমি আপনাদেরকে কোন ফটো দেখাতে পারলাম না। আমি মার্কেটে গিয়ে আশা করছি আমার ভাইয়ের প্যান্ট ও শার্টের ফটো আপনাদেরকে দেখাবো।
