My uncle is cutting paddy in our field. He is cutting the roots of paddy with scissors. Then he tying the stalks one by one. When all the paddy in the field has been cut, he will tie the stalks on a roof and carry it home. In this way he will carry all the paddy all the field on his head and take it home. Then the rice will be threshed in the machine. And the straw will be allowed to dry in the sun. The hey will be stored in one place as cattle feed. The rice will be dried in the sun and sold in the market. And some will be left at home to eat.
