A modest, unbaked cake, which is quick and easy to make. With the addition of rum, cinnamon and cloves, you get a taste similar to chestnut - puree!
Ingredients:
1 kg of boiled potatoes
450 g of sugar
250 g margarine
200 g walnuts (hazelnuts, almonds)
200 g ground fasting biscuits
3 tablespoons cocoa
100 g of chocolate for mixing
spoon of oil
cinnamon and ground cloves
a glass of rum
Preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Stir softened margarine, sugar, ground walnuts and ground biscuits into the still warm mashed potatoes. Finally, add rum, cinnamon to taste and a pinch of ground cloves.
Mix everything well and divide into two equal parts. Put cocoa in one half.
Form a cake, first the darker part, spread the lighter ones over it.
Pour over the melted chocolate glaze, with a tablespoon of oil.
Until serving, leave for a few hours in the refrigerator.
