Ginger and turmeric tea

Ingredients:

Half a teaspoon of ground ginger powder

One teaspoon of turmeric powder

Pinch ground black pepper

400ml of water

In cold water, add turmeric, ginger, before it boils, remove from the heat. When it cools down a bit, then add black pepper, let it stand for another 5 minutes, then strain and drink tea. If you don't mind, you can drink it anyway.

This is a measure for the whole day.

Be sure to check your blood pressure while drinking this tea, it can lower someone.

Otherwise, this tea lowers the level of bad cholesterol, alleviates indigestion.

If they use roots, always put a little more ginger than turmeric. So cut off 3 cm of ginger root, 2 cm of turmeric root for 250 ml of water.

50 cm of water goes to one centimeter of the root.

Let it boil for a few minutes.

At the end of this you can add cinnamon, if you don’t like black pepper.

If you are right, you can add lemon to it, but remove the black pepper. It should not be more than three key foods, because they are really strong. If you want to sweeten, I would recommend stevia.
