Ginger and turmeric tea
Ingredients:
Half a teaspoon of ground ginger powder
One teaspoon of turmeric powder
Pinch ground black pepper
400ml of water
In cold water, add turmeric, ginger, before it boils, remove from the heat. When it cools down a bit, then add black pepper, let it stand for another 5 minutes, then strain and drink tea. If you don't mind, you can drink it anyway.
