The myth that you will gain weight if you eat after 6PM is not true, as the different pace of people’s lives and meal schedules further rule out the fact that the last meal should be by 6PM.
Dinner should be adjusted to your basal metabolism, moderate and balanced. The food you should avoid for dinner is fruit.
In addition to its rich and healthy ingredients, fruit contains a high percentage of simple sugars. Although simple sugars are digested faster in the body than complex ones (which are found in cereals, black bread, rice, legumes), they suddenly increase the level of sugar in the blood.
In the evening, the body digests food more slowly and prepares the body for rest. The body also consumes calories overnight, but incomparably less than it does during the day.
Too many carbohydrates that are ingested through fruit in the evening, remain unused and are converted to fat in the liver. Fruits such as grapes, bananas, plums, peaches contain many more calories than people think.
List of fruits and the amount of fructose in them (approximately 2.5 g is half a teaspoon of sugar):

one slice of melon - 2.75 g
orange - 3.6 g
pear - 11 g
five strawberries - 4 g
grapefruit - 7 g
handful of grapes - 8.5 g
apple golden delicious - 10.5 g
True, I agree with this.. that's why I don't eat much at night esp the rice. But sometimes we guys are doing the opposite thing.. eat less in the morning and eat more at night because of being tired and hungry from work.. no wonder why many have belly fats. 😅😅
