Breakfast offers the brain to fulfill the long night we're our body is just sleeping. Finding a few minutes to eat is essential and healthy. According to a nutritionist, breakfast should be consumed within two hours after we woke up.

Breakfast is an essential meal of the day. Nevertheless, a lot of people still missing breakfast due to many reasons. There are many reasons why we should not skip our breakfast because skipping breakfast has got a range of effects on the body of a human being. Consuming breakfast is associated with outcomes that are positive for lifestyle factors, micronutrient intake, and weight status.

It positively impacts a child's learning life. Also affects school performance, development, and behavior of the child. Skipping breakfast makes a person or it could lead to some chronic disease in a kid's adulthood. Failing to take breakfast increases body fat because a person tends to consume more food during the day to control severe hunger.

Most people miss breakfast because of the tendency that they want to have long more hours staring at the bed. Some reasons are cutting weight, laziness, and poor time management. Poor people skip breakfast because they can't afford to buy some. Most person who skips breakfast and lunch is women because they are having weight loss than men.
