Not again, Taal Volcano! Taal Volcano is one of the most beautiful sceneries but dangerous. It is the second of the most active volcanoes in the Philippines. Taal Volcano is a large caldera filled and surrounded by Taal Lake. And it is located in Batangas, where I am currently living.

Earlier I am sitting peacefully in a couch while I was browsing in my social media account when my cousin send a photo of Taal Volcano while erupting in our family group chat. He said to be alert because volcano is erupting for the 2nd time. We are all shock and nervous because for the second time around it will happen again. The Taal Volcano eruption last January 12, 2020 is still fresh in our mind and some of people affected is not yet recovered. Then here it is again. Oh my God, we are all worried.

After I heard a news about it I pack our bag so that we are ready in case it get worst and we need to evacuate. Just essential need and important things that we need. My heart beating fast while I'm doing this. I was saying a prayer and telling Him "not again Lord, please help us". Another added to my nervousness is my phone always alerting and saying about what happened. What happened to Taal Volcano is a phreatomagmatic eruption. It started at 7:33 AM but I don't know when the exact time it stopped. As of now it is a little bit calm but still in Alert Level 3. All people living nearby the Taal Lake need to be alert. We need to evacuate when it get worst.

PHREATOMAGMATIC ERUPTION are volcanic eruptions resulting from interaction between magma and water. They differ from exclusively magmatic eruptions and phreatic eruptions. Unlike phreatic eruptions, the product of phreatomagmatic eruptions contain juvenile clasts according to google. I don't know what's the meaning of this but yeah. All I know is, it still dangerous. Taal Volcano is beautiful and yet dangerous. It is one example that not all beautiful are good, sometimes it is beautiful outside but dangerous inside. All we need now is to pray that it won't happen again. Second time is enough but third time OMG, please Lord help all of my kababayans here in Batangas. I want your help guys, please include all the Batangueño's in your prayers. To be safe and hoping that Taal Volcano will sleep again for a long time. Living and worrying everyday about a volcano eruption is not joke specially to the elders, they can't sleep peacefully because they are always worried. Our dear Lord only knows what will happen next, just trust and have faith on Him that he will not forsake us. Anything happened for a reason, just trust and believe on Him.
