You Drive Me Crazy
It's another late night for me and you know how I do with late nights, time for another freewriting session perhaps? Alright, no need to say it twice, you just ask and you shall receive. Very well then, without a fixed topic in mind, let me just go ahead with what's on the top of my mind. So what would it be? Oh right, that reminds me, I was thinking earlier that I believe it's time to dissolve and demolish the idea of applying and having a driver's license. I seriously doubt that it's serving the purpose of what it intends to do. In principle, I think that having a driver's license authorizes you to drive a vehicle because it signifies that you know how to drive them and you know how to follow simple rules and regulations. But come on, seriously, just a few minutes watching the traffic go by anywhere in the country will already give you an idea of how the traffic system is effed the hell up. Double parking here, lanes cutting there, not using signal lights here, and a lot of drivers who just don't give a single fccck. Applying for a license here is a huge hassle. Not because it is difficult to pass the exams or tests but because it's just a massive waste of time and a huge scam. The only purpose of having a license here is to have a valid identification card, and for the government? It's just another way to earn money. Why don't we make it easier for everyone and just let any citizen drive around if they are able and just charge everyone automatically, after all, it's just the money that the government is concerned about, right? Most of the people holding a license to drive are just as ignorant to the rules as the people who don't. A lot of stupid drivers out there who just know how to run a vehicle but don't really know how to drive. Oh geez, this is really hard and so difficult. Just like how difficult it is to maneuver around the roads when it's filled with rascals who can't wait for a single second to have their turn to go. And of course, I'm not saying that all drivers are crazy daredevils and rule-breakers. Many of them are really good people too. Many know how to follow rules and have great etiquette when driving around. I certainly believe that it would be better without the hassle of applying for and getting a driver's license. After all, most of us didn't even bother with the exams and got it thru a magic entity inside the offices called "fixers". Don't you agree? So... What are your thoughts about this one? Let me have it.

That is totally another cancer in our government. Toxic mindset and toxic rules. It feels like we only have a government that works for the rich and the greedy politicians.
I don't know about countries, but your view...is on point. :) The lawmakers are the businessmen. No wonder about that. LOL
I think it is human nature to break rules. I mean why else would you be doing all these things on the road and risking your life as well as the life of others. I agree with you, they should abolish driver's license

I totally agree with you on the traffic aspects, it very annoying how some drivers just switch lane without signals, urrghh some will even make you feel you don't know how to drive. Those people needs more than an examination to put them right.
Yes. They should be held in for days so they could learn their lessons. lol
Some driver might see it as being smart by breaking the rules, until they get caught and start apologizing
oh goooosh!!! That's really frustrating. Really, some people would just drive recklessly and it is as if they own the roads, but when they get into trouble or they hit someone or someone else's vehicle, they would even grovel just so you can let it slide. Like... what the f??!
Oh well, I totally agree with this. Having this license should actually tagged you as a good driver knowing you already have it. But still a lot of drivers are really reckless on the road.
true.. License should mean that. But right now? nah, it doesn't amount to sh$t.

Many people just pay for the license without taking any kind of test and that's it, they are free to drive as they wish. In life there are many unconscious people, the worst thing is when you find them behind the wheel because you do not know what to do if you are driving well and this person is not, it is really bad that does not comply with the rules and it is really dangerous the crazy way they drive, when I go out I must be very aware of these people who may or may not have a license, but they do not know how to drive.

hahaha ay day, madami akong rant ano... haha Hindi ko lang nilalabas at baka sabihin eh may pinapanigan ako. Wala. Wala akong kampo, lahat nalang manloloko. hahaha
Yeah there are really drivers that are "crazy daredevils" that's why I always choose where to ride. Anyways, my father is taking the exam today hahaha.

It exist here, especially in my place right now. Instead of 2 ways, it becomes 1 way co'z they park their cars at the side of the road which leads to traffic. There are also some who's I guess born to be rule breaker.
oh dang! that too. Don't get me started but If I only have a tank and it wouldn't be illegal, I would drive through the roads and run down all the vehicles that are illegally parked on the road. Dang it
And in our country there are many bus and truck drivers without license for whom many people die in accidents every day. It's true. Corruption seems to have engulfed the whole world.
That's not just reckless, that's totally irresponsible.
Hey then yes! I don't have a license and I don't have a car either, but wow when I go in the taxi I also get stressed about the traffic and the way of driving not only of the other cars but of the taxi driver himself
hehe well, maybe he believe in the saying... if you can't beat them, join them.
Traffic is also a worse country in my country. I wonder when will this issue be resolved. Anyway, it's good for you to be able to write an impromptu article. It goes well!
