This is the continuation and conclusion of our previous story from before: I Made Him Die.
It was about Jeff and his father John and their tragic and twisted unfortunate life. For a short recap this has what happened so far:
Jeff walked out of the house one night after an argument with his father that turned a bit violent. John went out to look for his son all night and was then found left for dead in an alleyway. John was sent to the hospital but it was too late and Jeff was called upon by the police for his father. Investigation pursued and a search in the house was conducted. And after all that, Jeff was then charged for his father's death. Jeff was sent to the abyss after hearing and knowing the whole facts of the case.
From the very beginning, Jeff was feeling guilty because his father would not be in the alleyway in the late hours of the night if he weren't out looking for him. He was thinking among the lines of, his father will still be alive if he did not walk out from home that night. He felt that his father's blood was in his hands after the fact, little did he know that he will be charged as the perpetrator like that.
Findings:
Following the course of the investigation and paired with the autopsy report, it was inferred and concluded that Jeff indeed was the killer of his father.
The report showed no other injury to the victim and the cause of death was subdural hematoma brought by a sudden and severe blow to the head. In this case, it was when Jeff pushed his father when he was trying to get away that ultimately caused his father's demise.
When John fell down, he hit his head on the table and that caused internal bleeding on his brain. The fact that he was able to live for a few hours after sustaining that blow to the head made the case a little bit more complicated.
Since the bleeding developed gradually, he was able to sustain life for a bit while he was not conscious about the head injury he had sustained. When John fell down and hit his head on the table, he may have lost consciousness for a quick moment and was able to regain it and lived as if nothing has happened, but not knowing that the blow was a fatal one.
When he reached the alleyway at that time of the night, the injury was beyond irreparable and he just went down and that's lights out for him.
Jeff who was already feeling guilty took the actual fact of the case a bit harder and he was pushed to the limits of his wits. With that single incident, there were two people gone in the process. The father who lost his life trying to lecture his kid, and the kid who would not listen to his dad. He may have been alive but Jeff was later diagnosed as clinically insane.
Such is the fate of the unfortunate father and son tandem.
Duh-duuuuhn!
Case closed! And the fun part here is this story was inspired by an episode from Case Closed also know as Detective Conan or Meitantei Conan. And it's really amazing the coincidence that had occurred yesterday. Before I watched this particular episode, I was thinking about an article that I should write here with almost the same plot. I was thinking along the lines of, mistimed death or a delayed death of some kind.
And then there it was. It just so happened that the featured case on the show was exactly along the lines of what I was envisioning in my mind. I was just so intrigued and excited at the same time. Not about the death, but about the coincidence. But of course, their writers' have a better plot executed than the rough idea that is within my imaginations.
Were you able to guess what has transpired in this case? If you did, maybe you have a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving. Maybe you even have the potential for solving intricate and complicated puzzles. Pretty exciting right? One thing I love about watching shows like Detective Conan, Law and Order, CSI, Criminal Minds, and other crime shows is trying to guess who the culprit is, how he or she did it, and what clues are shown in the show.
Some shows are cheapskate about clues though, they will just reveal some of the most integral clues in the end and they will be utterly vague at the start so it will be hard to follow and predict what the conclusion is going to be.
And with that being said, I would like to express my gratitude for your visit and stay here, and as always, here's a toast to us and future stories ...
Cheers!!!
