Preparation
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat two tablespoons of oil. Add the onion cut into strips and salt, pepper and thyme. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is caramelized for about 25 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic and cook until fragrant for another minute. Turn off and remove the onion. Wipe the pan with a towel. In a large bowl, place the diced chicken, add salt, pepper and oregano, then add the flour.
Heat one tablespoon of oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and fry until it takes on a golden color on all sides. Add the beef soup and return the caramelized onions to the pan. When it boils, reduce the temperature and simmer until the chicken is completely cooked and the soup evaporates a little for about 10 minutes. Add the gouda and cover the pan with a lid. Cook until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with primrose before serving, enjoy.
