I was gonna make some banana bread but I don't have any bananas so I just made cookies on a frying pan since the oven is broken lol and the ingredients that I've used are white and brown sugar, all purpose flour, an egg, vanilla extract, butter, a pinch of salt, a little bit of baking powder and of course some chocolate chips. I then cooked the cookies 6 minutes per bottom and top and that makes 12 minutes in all (because I wanted to make sure it's cooked lol).

I guess today's seafood wednesday because most of the food on the table are seafoods lol. My favorite one to eat is the garlic butter shrimp because I really like the way my mom cooks it and the sauce is really good that you'll want more rice on your plate. We were supposed to grill the shrimp along with the bigger fish (I think it was a mackerel fish) but we decided to cook the mackerel later for our dinner.

Just finished making THREE separate leche flans (the one on the pic is the first chilled one the other two are still in the fridge) just to let out my stress from what had happened earlier lol (when I was beating the egg yolk I was imagining the face of our nosy neighbor lmao). Sometimes cooking doesn't come out just by love but it also comes out by being angy, stressed or depressed -ᄒᴥᄒ- and I was also craving for some leche flan hehe
I'm now making MERINGUES!! These are just some egg whites, a drop of acidic fruit (I used calamansi) and some sugar. My arm is really tired from whisking the egg whites so they'll be fluffy lol (these egg whites are from the eggs that were used on the leche flans) Of course, I don't have an oven to use so I'm using the STOVE! They're cooked at 20 to 25 minutes in low heat so the bottom part won't get burnt.
