Using Jealousy As A Motivation To Keep Forward
If someone told you that he/she didn't get even jealous on the achievements of an individual, do you think that you would believe him/her? Perhaps, most of you might say that it varies from his/her attribute. We all have different characters, right? However, could you assume that you already know him/her well? What if he/she is just not showing her real feelings to others which might burst in the nearer future like a balloon having too much air?
Anyway, in your insight, how's the intensity did you feel envious throughout a single thing? Is it undesirable, harsh, or irritating? I think that it's somehow differs from the perspective of other people as I don't have an idea what is running through your mind, lols.
On the other hand, if you believe that you didn't get jealousy at all instances, then you must be file an resume to the next guardian angels. You know why? Of course, it's impossible. Admit it or not, you couldn't help oftentimes but to be lightly harsh on the things that they have. Personally, I've been feeling that I just wanted to be them so bad, and it is like a cancer that killing me slowly.
In my opinion, jealousy is damn hard to resist. But, by being optimistic on handling your emotions, it can be easily reversed if you were not getting along with the flow of your negative emotions. In some cases, being envious at someone's progress will make you negative to the point that it would grow a horn on your head. I'm not saying that it is literal huh, just trying to characterise how it could turn you devil.
Likewise, I've been remembered some scenarios that they were trying to pull someone's achievement since they would like to be on the top with greediness. In an exact term, that's what we called crabmentality. To give you an idea what are the examples that I will try to illustrate, here are those.
1) Axie Infinity's utility token named SLP Is going to the ground, and tambay Peenoise keeps ranting like a foolish stating that "Rugpull na 'yang SLP, buti at hindi ako nag-investigate diyan..."
2) Have you already watched the Netflix series entitled "Girl From Nowhere"? In the second episode, the three friends including Nanno (the main lead) had a conflict just because that transferee (Nanno) unconsciously attracted their crushes due to her sparkling charm. Instead of using it as a motivation to improve, they get possessed by an obsession, and they tried to kill her.
3) Have you already heard the song of Olivia Rodrigo "jealousy, jealousy"? I think that she nailed that hit, but it is not a good chooiice to compliment yourself.
Probably, those mindset might bring negative emotions to anyone unless they will try their best to make it positive.
1) What if the Toxic Peenoise would find a decent job instead of mocking on someone's side hustle just because they didn't get a chance to be a scholar? Do you think that FUD will not trigger the existing managers since most of them only cared on ROI?
2) What if the friend of the transferee just utilized that truth to move on without physical hurting someone? Do you think that it would not become worse?
3) If Olivia Rodrigo used that insecurities and jealousies to be a global pop star, what else can you do to make your insecurities a best asset?
Sometimes, we just need to move on from the hatred we are enduring since it is not helpful on us at all. In fact, I've been faced many scenarios where I just wanted them so bad, so I became better and greater each day. Same goes with you, if you were thinking that I adored them so bad, just utilize them to build a better version of yourself. Just stay humble, and everything will be alright.
Seriously it helps alot, sometimes being jealous of someone makes you to be eager to be better than them and this will lead you to having a great competition with that person and before you knew it you are doing things beyond your imagination
