Hi how are you all??Hope all are good.
Today i am sharing a delicious snacks recipe..Hope all will love it☺️☺️
Here it is👇👇
This recipe is inspired by a Arabic dessert called Mahalabiya..It is super easy, creamy, delightful and a taste of food heaven on earth...
This dessert can be made the night before. As the dessert chills in the fridge, the biscuit softens and just melts in your mouth. The cream is optional but it makes a big difference to the dish..🤤
Ingredients:
600 ml evaporated milk
A small can of thickened cream (whisk before using)
3/4 can of sweet and condensed milk
2 tbsp corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup of water
Plain thin disgestive biscuits
Toasted Vermicelli
4 to 5 cardomoms
Process:
* make the cornflour slurry and keep aside.
1. Mix the evaporated milk and sweet and condensed milk together. Add cardamoms to your milk mixture and bring it to a boil, stirring often in between.
2. Once it boils, stir the cornflour mixture again to make sure its lump free and add it to the milk. Stir until it thickens.
3. If the milk thickens too much add milk little by little to get a medium pouring consistency. This mixture will thicken more in the fridge. So it should have a thick but loose consistency.
4. Take the pot off the heat and add the whisked cream.
5. In your serving bowls or dish pour the cream mixture.
6. Place your cookies on top slightly dipping them inside the cream.
7. Let it cool and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours, best overnight.
8. Before serving toast your vermicelli, break them and sprinkle on top...
And its readyyyy to serve🤤🤤
Happy Eating🤗🤗
