Hello guys hope all are doing well..

Gonna sharing a another recipe after many days..Hope all will like it..its so easy to do and perfect for appetizer🤤🤤

■Ingredients:

Oil - 1 Tsp

Chicken - 1 kg

Ginger - 1 large piece

Garlic - 12 Cloves

Green Chilli - 6 pc

Vinegar - 2 Tsp

Salt - 1 Tsp

Egg - 2

A Pinch Of Salt

A Pinch Of Pepper

Oil For Deep Frying

■Step:

1. Add oil to a pan and place the chicken pieces.

2. Saute it couple of times. Cover the pot and cook the chicken for 10 mins on low flame.

3. After 10 mins, remove the half cooked chicken from the pan and transfer it to a bowl.

4. For the marinade, grind ginger, garlic, green chillies, vinegar and salt together.

5. Once the chicken cools down, add the marinade.

6. Massage each chicken pieces with the marinade thoroughly.

7. Let it marinate for 2 hours.

8. For the egg wash, crack open two eggs, season with salt and pepper and beat it.

9. Dip each chicken pieces in the egg wash and roll it in the bread crumbs.

10. Prepare all the pieces in the similar way.

11. Heat oil and deep fry chicken pieces on medium flame until they are golden brown on the outside.

12. Prefect crumb chicken is ready.

13. You can serve this with spicy mayo dip.
