I here with another recipe➡️ This recipe is quick to make and so flavorful..and perfect for Lunch time😍 You guyz can try it at your free time and can make happy your Tummy😁😁
Ingredients
■To Cook the Rice:
Basmati Rice - 250 ml
Whole Spices
Bay Leaves
Cinnamon
Clove
Cardamom
Star Anise
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Water
■To make Carrot Rice:
Carrot - grated
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion - finely chopped
Green Chili - finely chopped
Cashew Nuts
Pound Ginger
Fresh Turmeric
Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Ghee
Process
1. Take a deep bottomed pan and add water
2. Boil the water and add the washed Basmati Rice. Add salt and whole spices.
3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon in the water and let the rice cook fully.
4. Turn off the stove, strain the rice and keep it aside.
5. In a Kadai, add ghee. Add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, cashewnuts.
6. Add the pound ginger and garlic paste.
7. Peel off the skin and grate fresh turmeric into the Kadai.
8. Add the grated carrot. Add salt once the carrot is half-cooked.
9. Add Cumin powder, Garam masala powder, Chilli powder.
10. Close the kadai with lid and cook the carrots on medium low-flame for 10 mins.
11. Add coriander leaves and give it a quick mix.
12. Add the cooked rice and gently mix everything. Add ghee.

Serve the Carrot Rice hot with Onion Raita/spicy chilli chicken/spicy beef dish🤤🤤
