I'm borrowing a concept from my co-writer here, sis @Usagi , and this is what you call Self Care Bingo. If you wish to read her answer or article, you may do so by clicking here. Thank you, sis, for your concept; I'll be able to make my own from it. You are a lifesaver. Haha.
No more babbling, just get to the main course of the day. You may also use this; simply grab the photo and shade what you believe you just done, just like a standard bingo game, with a twist since we need to explain why. If you think you did a good job, give yourself a small reward.
So, here is my answer.
Take a Nap
Every afternoon, I take a siesta. Since I barely get 4 or 5 hours of sleep every night, I always take a nap in the afternoon. I usually lie down about 4 p.m. and wake up at 5 p.m. For me, one hour is enough.
Eat a Healthy Meal
All of the time, I eat healthful meals. When I realized I had eaten a lot of fatty foods, I made sure to include some nutritious items in the following meal to keep things balanced.
Accomplish Set Goals
In March, I set a goal of writing one article per day, which I met. Yey! And I am confident that I will do it this month as well.
Paint Your Nails
I used to be obsessed with nail polish, changing the color of my nails every week, and I loved it. Hahaha. But now since I don't have any nail polish, I won't be able to paint my nails again.
Listen to Music
Who doesn't listen to music nowadays? Music is my constant companion, whether I am sad or happy. I enjoy listening to music, and I'm sure you do as well, sweetheart.
Go out with Friends
I just went out with friends after not seeing them in several years. I addressed it in a previous article, which you can see on my timeline.
Organize your Room
Even though my room isn't particularly large, I make it a point to keep it tidy. When I'm bored, I'll absolutely fix up my room. Haha. Babalik baliktarin ko mga lugar ng mga gamit ko.
Get Plenty of Sleep
Everyone wants to sleep a lot, but as adults who have to work, we don't always have time to sleep a lot. If I want to get a lot of sleep, I'll take a pill that helps me to sleep for 12 hours straight. I'll feel invigorated when I wake up.
Go to Lunch With Friends
As I mentioned above, I recently went out with friends; we had a terrific time, and we also ate lunch together.
Take a Break From Social Media
I've done it before. I detox from social media, especially when I have anxiety; I believe that spending too much time on social media might exacerbate my anxiety, so I tried detoxing from it.
Try Something New
I believe the new things I tried were numerous. I tried with crocheting, needlework, making scrunchies and organza pouches, and plenty of other things. I enjoy trying out different things.
Go For a Walk
I took this from our gate, which is rather far away from our house. We're a long way from the other houses here, and our only neighbors were trees. Haha. I often walk from our house to here just to get some fresh air and to clear my thoughts.
Be Kind to Someone
I am always kind to everyone. I'm not sure what type of kindness is being discussed here, but I am always nice.
Call Your Favorite Person
I always call my mother and my partner since they are my favorite people. Haha.
Watch a Favorite Movie
I have a lot of favorites, however they aren't movies, but rather Korean dramas. I am a huge fan of Kdrama.
Read a New Book
When I was working, we were not allowed to bring our phones to our stall, but we were allowed to bring a book to read while on duty. When I received my salary, I used to go to the nearest national bookstore near my workplace and buy a book to read. It's funny because I split the pages so that it lasts as long as possible before I have to buy another one.
