Wishing Well. Get some coin, make a wish, throw it into the well and your wish will be granted. I can't remember where this act came from, but sometimes I'm still doing it but I don't know if it came true. Haha! This one is just a design, the well is not too deep maybe just to attract tourist to check it out or for photo ops only. Do you still known a real one? A deep well with water on it?

SandBar This open beach can be attractive to the eyes but can be quite dangerous to the skin because of sun heat. No structures around the area so just enjoy the fine sand and the crystal clear water. 📍White Sand Bar, Camiguin Province

Cannoli, this was the first time I heard and tasted this Italian pastries. I though it was like an ordinary croussant I've tasted before but more of "sosyal" (pricey) version of it. Haahah! It's a fried pastry with sweet and creamy filling that cointains ricotta cheese, oh that's really gets on me on the first bite. Reminiscing vacation during summer time. We visited a resort that has a very unique house design. The surroundings are full of pine trees outside that you can feel tranquility on the place. The swimming pool is like inviting us to dive in and cool ourself during this time. Happy Sunday Morning! Always remember God will provide. No matter what you're going through today, know that everything will be okay. This is the church from our province, one of the oldest and largest church in Asia. The architecture and designs are admirable to relish the rich history of the place. We were able to climb on the bell tower and see the city view. We had an awesome experience with my family exploring the inside and out of the church.

Strawberry Shortcake. I've been craving for this cake since there's limited seller here in the Metro, but thankfully my sister gave this to me. Though it's a typical sponge cake but the balance of sweetness and creaminess makes this cake taste's special. The strawberries are good, it's a seasonal fruit so we enjoy eating it.

It's a very calm evening, the temperature is still hot but tolerable. I can't sleep maybe because I had my nap time this afternoon. While browsing my picture archive I saw these beautiful lanterns in the ceiling that reminds me of traveling. I've never tried to ride in a hot air balloon, but I would love to if it's in Cappadocia, Turkey or Bagan, Myanmar, lol! How I wish! Maybe someday, when we can travel again, for now add it to the travel list. 😉

It's a Wonderful Tuesday Morning. Let's eat some bread! I have done so many favor with my colleagues, so to give back or thank me for it, they gave me this "Mysterious Box" an assorted bread to brighten up my day! And it works. Haha! There's banana cake, carrot cake, cinnamon roll, chocolate doughnut, chicken pie and danish bread. You can choose one, I might give you some. Haha! Mixed Greens with Fried Cheese and Ceasar Dressing. This simple appetizer dish makes me want more! I eat everything in a flash, it's just a small serving tho. A simple recipe and a combination of good plating. Ingredients: Lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, ceasar salad dressing, and cheese. For the fried cheese, any kind of cheese dip in egg, flour and bread crumbs. Enjoy! 😋

A Wonderful Wednesday! This is a furniture design with many kinds of wood put together in a framework. These were real woods but not to fuel the fire burning but a background for photo ops only. Who does the cooking in your home? When my mother is not around or not in the mood to cook my younger brother cook for us. I posted my newly harvested basil leaves few days ago and ask for recommendation for a meal/recipe using it. One suggested a simple dish called Pad Kra Pao, so I asked my younger brother to cook something like that using shrimp. And here it is! I partnered it with rice for lunch and I separate some to put in the pasta for merienda (snack)! Happy eating. 😁

A Platter of Meat and Seafood. We had a lunch treat from my colleagues, they're so very generous though it's kind a messy to eat seafoods in the office but we're hungry so we dig in to everything. Lol! We have here shrimp, crab and mussels which I enjoyed the most since it all have a good taste. Temple Run We've visited different temple in Cambodia and walking around the place feels like we're in another world. The ancient stones and structures are really impressive and fascinating. It's also a great place to wander around the entire temple premises, full of green surroundings and has live ecosystem. Shitake Mushroom It's a mushroom season I think, I've seen lot of post on their backyard or passed by in a road with different types. This one was taken in a mushroom farm they have plenty of it, because they have restaurant, they cook those with soup, sausage and other dishes, oh by the way it all tastes like a meat! The Classic Tuna with Basil leaves in Olive Oil Pasta. When thinking of instant pasta to eat, you can never go wrong with easy oil based pasta. Since I still have my basil leaves, I just put some on it. I haven't tried to grind the leaves to make pesto sauce because I'm not yet confident if I can achieve the taste. Hehe! New York Style Stuffed Crust Creamy Spinach Pizza. I'm craving for pizza and tried this new store, a home made style inspired by a well known pizza parlor. But with something different, they put sausage on the crust and we love it! Well often times I don't eat pizza edges because I find it flavorless, but this one I ate everything! Here's a simple yet yummy breakfast prepared by my younger brother for me. A cup of fried rice, a sunny side up egg and fried pork chop, once he cook it's always special. I never got hungry when he's around and it's an all out ingredients to make it unique. I actually didn't requested for a meal I like, I just let him cook whatever he want. Happy eating!
