Who does the cooking in your home? When my mother is not around or not in the mood to cook my younger brother cook for us. I posted my newly harvested basil leaves few days ago and ask for recommendation for a meal/recipe using it. One suggested a simple dish called Pad Kra Pao, so I asked my younger brother to cook something like that using shrimp. And here it is! I partnered it with rice for lunch and I separate some to put in the pasta for merienda (snack)! Happy eating. 😁
