Shitake Mushroom It's a mushroom season I think, I've seen lot of post on their backyard or passed by in a road with different types. This one was taken in a mushroom farm they have plenty of it, because they have restaurant, they cook those with soup, sausage and other dishes, oh by the way it all tastes like a meat! We're usually using it in pasta, how about you, did you try to use it in your dish?
