This afternoon, I visit a restaurant called Mitsuyado Seimen to have my lunch. This restaurant is located at the Garden Mall well known for its ramen dish.
They have a weekday lunch set which costs RM24.15 per set. After looking at the menu, I order their black garlic Hakata ramen. It comes with a side dish and a cup of green tea. For the side dish, I ask for the 2 pieces of boiled gyoza.
For those who don't know what Ramen is, it is a Japanese noodle soup. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, dried seaweed, menma, and scallions.
This ramen uses black garlic oil made from regular heads of garlic. They're heated over a period of weeks, caramelizing the cloves. It gives extra rich flavor and sweetness to the ramen.
Ahhh I really love the soup Friend so yummy
