hello everyone it's me again another dish for pasta lovers "fettuccine alfredo pasta " it's very easy and delicious ever with creamy sauce and most common in Romania.
so let's start with the ingredients
1 pack of fettuccine barilla about 500g
8pcs or more mince garlic
1tbsp butter unsalted
half and half cream
combination of fresh milk and heavy cream 1 cup each .
grated parmesan cheese or powder
salt to taste
chopped parsley (optional)
Start boiling water for pasta put oil and salt .when its boiling put the fettuccine barilla pasta cook it according to the instructions in a pack.
strain the pasta after removing the fire set aside .
Ready for sauce :
in a non stick pan melted butter and sauted mince garlic wait it until change the colour to lightly brown . add half and half cream season it with salt and black pepper then continue whisking until smooth .
you can add some water depends on you.
combined alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta mix altogether then sprinkle with parmesan cheese for about 2 minutes then serve hot .
if you desire garnish it with chopped Italian fresh parsley.
