Postcard of my hometown and surroundings In addition to Trsica, near the town is the monastery of Tronosa, which dates from the 13th centuryMy hometown Hello everyone. I would like to tell you all a little about my hometown where I have not lived for 20 years, but I keep coming back to it. My hometown is in Western Serbia, on the banks of the Drina River. It's called Loznica. The town was named after the vine, which was grown in that area.

Beautiful surroundings of the city, attracts many tourists. Near Loznica is the village of Trsic where Vuk Karadzic was born.

In addition to Trsica, near the town is the monastery of Tronosa, which dates from the 13th century

I present to you further the surroundings of my city. At 6 kilometers from Loznica, there is one of the most famous spas, Banja Koviljaca.

Near the spa is the Ethno village Suncana reka, which is located on the banks of the most beautiful river Drina.

It was the first part of a postcard of my city and surroundings. Next time I will introduce you to each place separately and a little more. I invite you all, that if you have the opportunity, stop by my hometown. You wont regret. As in mine, Loznica will remain in your heart.
