Communication
Greetings friends of this great family. Today I'll share with you a simple story, but as always, with a lesson in the end.
In a fantasy world there was a family made up of three siblings and their parents. The children had a particular way of doing their lives, although they were raised in an environment of love and respect, each one acted differently.
Not that this way of acting bothered their parents, but rather that they wondered why their children were so different.
It was a family of cats that lived in the house of a beautiful lady who took care of them with love but allowed them their freedom.
The youngest, José, was the most extroverted and ran everywhere; he was the one who risked the most to go out alone in the garden and dreamed of crossing the limits of the forbidden frontier.
The second of them was Juan, he was more introverted and had a hard time leaving his mother's skirts and his father's constant care.
The third was Jaime, the oldest of the three, the most experienced and the most sensible to make his escapades to the borders. Once he did and from then on he would sneak out of his parents' sight and go for walks and see lots of girls and then return home as if nothing had happened.
His brothers began to notice his escapades and tried to follow in his footsteps but Jaime would always lose them in the garden so they wouldn't follow him, but one day José noticed a small hole in the garden. Maybe that was where his brother was hiding and he could cross the border and go back there.
So the next day Joseph went away from his brothers first and went to the hole he observed and cautiously entered through it. He walked for a long time through that place that was also covered with plants and flowers as in the place where he lives.
And so he began to go little by little through that hole, and no one knew that he did it on the sly because then he would come back and meet his younger brother who was resting near his mother, waiting for everyone to meet again.
One fine day Jaime disappeared, he did not appear in the garden as he always did. His parents were worried. The night passed and during the next morning he still did not appear. The parents asked their children to stay awake while they went to check the whole area for traces of Jaime. But they did not find his footprints in the whole garden.
In the afternoon José decided to go out and go through the hole and look to see if his brother was there, he checked the entire adjoining garden and did not see his brother but something seemed strange this time. There was a part of the garden that was torn up, as if there had been a fight there and when he went to investigate there were traces of his brother's fur, something happened.
He kept looking and found him, there he was in a kind of house with iron bars, his brother was wounded, lying on one side of his body. He could barely reach him with great stealth and started calling his name....
"Jaime... Jaime, wake up."
As best he could, Jaime opened his eyes and when he saw his little brother, he opened his eyes wider and said...
"Brother, take care of yourself. There is a big monster that acts very stealthy. He caught me but not before leaving like this. The people who live here are not like our servants. These are evil and they have me here alone in these bars.
Try to open it carefully here on your side, but without making too much noise, otherwise that monster will come after you too."
José, with his wiles, was able to get him out of there and grabbed him as best he could and dragged him to the other side of the courtyard. There he left him while he looked for help because his brother was very heavy and already exhausted. He arrived with help from his family and together they carried Jaime to the entrance of the house, they made a fuss so that their servants could grab him and take precautions.
That's how little José saved his brother and then they had to eventually reveal what it was that they did on the garden and how.
Their servants noticed the hole between their house and that of their unfriendly neighbors. These neighbors had a big dog with big teeth. It did not bark but acted very viciously against everything that lurked there.
So the parents gathered their three children together and said....
"This would not have happened if we, as parents instead of forbidding you to go outside the border, had told you that such a beast exists and is not a friend of cats. We also failed to ask them what they were doing all day in the garden while their brother Juan just slept next to us.
From now on they must tell everything they do in the garden when they leave our side. Being equally prepared makes us work as a team. And so nothing can seriously affect us if we all deal with it together."
Communication is the basis of everything. In a formed group, rules must be made and everyone must participate in keeping the rules with communication, honesty and integrity. These are the forces that keep groups alert and safe.
I hope you liked this little story. Thank you for your comments and I also thank all my sponsors and their renewals.
That's a great message. I have seen this thing in our society that parents often set boundaries for their kids but never COMMUNICATE the reason for setting those boundaries which often leads their kids to suspense and pushes them to explore the reason themselves. so yes proper communication is important. Well done sister
