The Most Valuable Treasure is Health!
Health is the beginning of everything.
So much so that our quality of life can increase or decrease as long as our health allows. The most valuable asset that we can scale with money and see as more valuable than money is our health.
Meeting the most important expectations of daily life is still important in terms of health. Health is our spiritual existence, which we do not appreciate when we have it, but which we constantly repeat when we lose it.
We are still experiencing the Corona epidemic, which started in China at the end of 2020, affecting almost the whole world. While shaping our lives with our daily activities, the pandemic that came unexpectedly suddenly affected us all in many ways.
As part of the harsh measures taken, we were confined to our homes and lost our freedom, albeit temporarily. In this process, we had to keep our distance from our closest friends and tried to connect with technological products such as telephone and internet. Face-to-face training has been suspended and online classes have entered human life. Shopping malls, restaurants, hairdressers, etc., where people flock heavily. businesses were closed for a long time.
What was the reason for all these harsh measures in this process that deeply affected even the economy? It was to prevent mass deaths due to human health and epidemic.
Health workers were one of the most affected professions in this process. The possibility of direct contact with patients carrying the virus turned the lives of all healthcare professionals upside down. They did not go to their homes for days / months in order not to be the person who carried the virus to their families. The overtime added to the long working hours forced them more.
Those of us who were confined to their homes were subjected to long periods of reflection to better understand the place of health in our lives.
The epidemic period that threatens our health has even caused some cultures to change. It has been our tradition for centuries to kiss the hands of our elders and hug our little ones to the fullest. Since the epidemic, no one has come close to each other and always keeps a certain distance. In the new generation, this situation will definitely be permanent. We can't blame them for this because no one should risk their health for a simple tradition.
Health is one of the areas that people give the most importance from the moment we are born until the moment we die. A mother who will give birth is wished to give birth to a healthy child. A person who is going to start a new job wants to know the social security that his job will provide him before his salary or job conditions. He wants to know what his insurance covers or does not cover. A health-conscious person regularly gets himself checked from head to toe in a full-fledged hospital and wants to make sure there are no problems with his health. Moreover, he is willing to pay a substantial amount for this.
We all know the power of money, but one of the areas where money is ineffective is health. A person who has completely lost his health cannot buy his health no matter how much he has.
Everything from the oxygen we breathe to the water we drink can lay the groundwork for us to lose our health. With the developing technology, every gigantic company or the product it develops directly affects our health. The amount of time we spend in front of a screen means being exposed to more radiation and a sedentary life. At best, we can lose our eye health with dryness that will start in the eyes. phone we have etc. We can say that the time we spend online with devices is the side effects of technology on our health.
We can give many examples in terms of negative effects on health. The health we have today and the fact that we are not experiencing any problems is not a phenomenon that will last forever. The moment we lose our health for the first time, we seek our current healthy state.
Before it is too late, at least at certain times of the day, walk, exercise, etc. Doing activities will have a positive effect on our health by improving our skeletal and muscle structure. Keeping the body digestive system in balance with beneficial foods is important for heart health.
Now is the time to know that there is much we can do today for a healthy life and to take action. Knowledge is good when shared. Today, there are natural remedies for many diseases that threaten human life. The problem is to solve the mystery in nature.
I can share with you a few methods that we have used as a family and environment for years.
If your cholesterol is high, break two walnuts and put them in a glass with their inner membrane and add hot water to it. Close the mouth of the glass. After waiting for a short period of 4-5 hours, drink the water in which you soaked the walnuts and eat the remaining walnuts. When you do it regularly for a few days, you will see that bad cholesterol drops quickly.
If you have a problem with diabetes, you can drink thyme juice or thyme tea obtained by drip method. Thyme is a miracle for human health.
Since these are not foods that can directly threaten health, I can share them with peace of mind. However, do not forget to do your own research. Nature is another name for miracle.
Before your health deteriorates, appreciate your health and laugh, have fun, in short, enjoy life.
Stay healthy and friendly.

At its core, artificial insemination is a method used to facilitate fertilization outside of natural mating processes. It typically involves collecting semen from a male, processing it to concentrate viable sperm, and then introducing this artificial insemination kit target into the reproductive system of a female. This can be achieved through various techniques, such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF), each tailored to specific needs and circumstances.
