O Human!

I think all creatures are instinctively gifted with camouflage, like this maggot, which is almost the same color as the grass. It can easily hide itself in the grass and pretends to be dead when it appears. This may be playful enough to fool me, but for a bird or a reptile that feeds on wolves, I don't think eating a living or dead wolf will make any difference. No matter how good the acting is, the result is disastrous!

These instincts, inherent in most creatures other than humans, are often used either as an offensive or defensive weapon, or sometimes both.

As soon as a creature with the ability to hide itself does this, it will be protected from external threats that may arise against it, and it will be one step ahead of its prey. The next meal will be meat of a living creature, as the prey that does not see it will attack as soon as it approaches.

Like us, other living things need protection, this protection can sometimes be against another living thing, or it can be from the sun or the cold. Some need a stable temperature, while others need a suitable cold environment.

In the area where I viewed the picture of the maggot, another creature, the butterfly, was struggling to get into the grass. The reason he does this is to protect himself from the cold and survive by using the grass as a blanket.

Water is the most important need of most living things, especially in arid regions during the summer months, and this is true for living things both close to humans and far away from humans. Reaching water, which is the most important source of life, is not easy for living things in the summer months. As humans, we have the opportunity to save the lives of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of living things by being sensitive. How Does? I do this by regularly placing water containers in certain spots, filling the water containers that are left on many sidewalks or at certain spots in the wildlife during the summer months. When we do this, we protect animals that have a chance to survive against difficulties.

Another type of plant that comes to mind when it comes to living creatures is plants, trees, forests, saplings or grasses used in agriculture. These species are living creatures and they need protection.

If we exclude those in the field of agriculture, they naturally provide their needs such as irrigation and fertilization for us. At the point of protection, we can provide this expected protection by avoiding unnecessary tree slaughter and preventing possible fires before they start.

A small detail that can be seen as a simple task can start the way to save millions of living things, maybe it is our own life that we save.
