Today when I'm feeling very sad then I decided to write about over thinking. Today, I want to share some of my own opinion about over thinking.
when your are doing something new you think about it before you start it. Then t's a good sign that you wants to do your best but when you think about it at every moment ,It's not good for your mental health. When you think about some thing and do planning but you did not got success you become frustrated ,panic and your mind is now a well of different thought .Some good thoughts to try again and do your best but at the same time some thought of hopelessness also invade your mind. we can't decide that what we want to do. At that time we become depressed . our mental health did support us and we face the continuous feeling of sadness even we don't want to talk anyone else ,we don't want to do any activity.
some time severe depression lead to suicide and if you want to stop someone from suicide than you should have to become a person that release some ones depression. Every day in the world one person out of 5000 to 15000 take a suicide attempt . They need counselling with a psychiatrist.
To improve your mantel condition you have to cleanse your mind. some time peoples are depressed but they did not realize that.
How you know that your are depressed?
Depression has following symptoms
continuously feeling sad
sleepless or may face oversleeping
low energy level
over eating or a loss of appetite
showing no interest in any activity
irritated or frustrated
If you suffer from the above situations then you are depressed. and here the question the question is that
how to cleanse your mind?
Take a deep breath , try to think about the good moments , think about the things what you do in your past , encourage yourself and more important tell about all the the thoughts that shaken up your mind, that makes you upset ,in front of your loved one that understands you and wants to listen you. This makes you to feel lighter .
If you don't have any person like that then write all about what is continue in your mind.
Take a punching bag remove your all frustration. Now you have to take fresh start and do what you want to do in past. And this time you may get succeeded.
we are mediocre and in everyday we all face a lot of problems in our daily life and me also a mediocre when I saw my father troubling to survive. I feel sad he is doing too much effort for his family. Sometime he get profit but sometimes not but one thing that I learned from my father is that never give up. he taught me that nothing is impossible in the world , if we loved to do something then every thing is possible for us. My father taught me that you can do every thing but every goal demands struggle and effort.
Try to keep your mind stabilize ,with relax and peace full minds you can do every thing but when you overthink about something your mind is just like that the road with heavy traffic and face traffic jam. these thoughts block your mind, you are not able to make decisions, you become frustrated. So, please clear your mind and avoid overthinking.
