1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
5 tbsp vinegar
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small red bell pepper
1 small yellow bell pepper
1 small carrot you can create your creative cut

Fried first the fish fillet in olive oil or in a nonstick pan or in an air fryer.
for the sweet and sour sauce
saute the onion and garlic first when you already smell the aroma of it or if its turn light brown you may add the red and green bell pepper then the carrots add the vinegar and water salt and pepper to taste when the carrots are half cooked add the sugar let it simmer then the cornstarch stir well add the lemon juice let it simmer then remove from the heat.
Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the fried fish fillet garnish it with onion and parsley.
