Shami Kabab of raw jackfruit

Today's arrangement is jackfruit shami kebab. This fun kebab can entertain everyone in the family. So don't delay and see how to make the recipe.

Servings: 6 people

Prep Time: 15 m.

Cook Time: 35 m.

Total Time: 50 m.

Materials:

Jackfruit for cooking:

250 grams of raw jackfruit

250 grams of beef

Boot pulses 1/4 cup

Garlic 10 cloves

Ginger chopped (equivalent to garlic)

1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder

3 dried chillies

Whole fennel 1 teaspoon

Whole cumin 1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon whole coriander

14-15 whole peppers

Cinnamon 2 pieces, cardamom 5, cloves 6, bay leaves 1

The amount of salt

2 teaspoons of oil

For making kebabs:

Tala cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

1/4 cup coriander leaves

2 teaspoons of raw chilli powder

Onion Beresta 1/2 cup

Instructions:

1. First mix all the ingredients of jackfruit cooking except pulses and cook. Give the pulses in the middle of cooking. If you add pulses at the beginning of cooking, it will melt more.

2. When the jackfruit, pulses and meat are cooked, dry the water and clean it thoroughly. There can be no water in jackfruit.

3. Now take the pot out of the oven, cool the jackfruit and grind it all together. There is no need to throw away all the hot spices, just take them with the jackfruit.

4. Now mix this bata mixture well with green chillies, onion barista, coriander leaves, tala cumin powder and breadcrumbs.

5. Now take a small amount from this mixture and make it into a kebab shape by hand pressure. When all the kebabs are ready, break an egg in a separate bowl. Dip the kebabs one by one in the beaten eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs.

. Leave the kebabs in the fridge for 10 minutes before folding the kebabs so that the breadcrumbs are well set on the kebabs. Then heat oil and fry the kebabs.

Wait i will share what i know about chicken kabab and its making process a little bit.mainly shambi kabab made with mutton but you can also make it using beef About Mutton Shami Kebab Recipe: Shami kebab is a wonderful snack from hyderabadi cuisine. This easy-to-cook shami kebab recipe is made by mutton though Shami kebabs can be vegetarian too. A perfect snack for dinner parties at home, mutton shami kebab will be great as a starter dish served with an accompaniment of your choice. Ingredients of Mutton Shami Kebab 500 Gram Mutton Keema 1/2 Cup Chana Dal 2 Tbsp Ghee 1 Cinnamon Stick 1 Mace 3 Cloves 1 Bay Leaf 2 Green Cardamoms 7 Black Peppercorns 1 Brown Cardamom 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Cup Water 1 Onion 1 Green Chilli 1/2 Lemon How to Make Mutton Shami Kebab In a bowl soak Β½ cup of chana dal for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon stick, mace, cloves, bay leaf, green cardamoms, black peppercorns and brown cardamom. Mix them thoroughly.

When they crackle add mutton Keema to it.

Now add salt and red chilli powder.

Mix it thoroughly and cook for a minute. Add soaked chana dal and mix it well by adding a cup of water.

Pressure cook the mixture until the mutton gets soft.

After 1-2 whistles remove the cover and mix it well. If water remains, cook till the mutton dries up.

Grind and then refrigerate for 30 minutes to get a thick paste. Mix onion, green chilli and lime juice to this paste and mix thoroughly. Make flat balls out of this dough and refrigerate for another 10 minutes. Heat a tbsp of ghee in another pan and shallow fry the kebabs from all sides until golden brown.
