Materials:
Jackfruit for cooking:
250 grams of raw jackfruit
250 grams of beef
Boot pulses 1/4 cup
Garlic 10 cloves
Ginger chopped (equivalent to garlic)
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
3 dried chillies
Whole fennel 1 teaspoon
Whole cumin 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon whole coriander
14-15 whole peppers
Cinnamon 2 pieces, cardamom 5, cloves 6, bay leaves 1
The amount of salt
2 teaspoons of oil
For making kebabs:
Tala cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup coriander leaves
2 teaspoons of raw chilli powder
Onion Beresta 1/2 cup
Instructions:
1. First mix all the ingredients of jackfruit cooking except pulses and cook. Give the pulses in the middle of cooking. If you add pulses at the beginning of cooking, it will melt more.
2. When the jackfruit, pulses and meat are cooked, dry the water and clean it thoroughly. There can be no water in jackfruit.
3. Now take the pot out of the oven, cool the jackfruit and grind it all together. There is no need to throw away all the hot spices, just take them with the jackfruit.
4. Now mix this bata mixture well with green chillies, onion barista, coriander leaves, tala cumin powder and breadcrumbs.
5. Now take a small amount from this mixture and make it into a kebab shape by hand pressure. When all the kebabs are ready, break an egg in a separate bowl. Dip the kebabs one by one in the beaten eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs.
. Leave the kebabs in the fridge for 10 minutes before folding the kebabs so that the breadcrumbs are well set on the kebabs. Then heat oil and fry the kebabs.
