Garlic and Ginger:

Ginger and garlic can be eaten to prevent coronavirus and increase the body's resistance to disease. The anti-inflammatory properties of these help to keep the lungs healthy and remove contaminants from the lungs. It also improves blood circulation to the lungs and reduces the risk of cancer.

Basil leaves:

The antioxidant properties of basil leaves play a very effective role in protecting the lungs. Basil leaves help in expelling contaminants floating in the air. So you can chew basil leaves every morning or take out a tablespoon of juice.

Fruits and vegetables:

Fruits and vegetables like vedan, apple, grape, orange, guava, carrot, bean, cucumber, pumpkin etc. play an effective role in maintaining the health of the lungs. The Vitamin-C, Vitamin-A, Flavonoids and Antioxidants in them help to increase the immunity of the lungs and increase the efficiency of the lungs. So eat vegetables every day and eat fruits after meals.

In addition, foods such as olive oil, nuts and seeds, onions, milk and eggs play an effective role in taking care of the lungs.

Exactly all these you listed in your article are correct.... There's sometimes ago my friend had cold and couldn't breathe well, someone prescribed we get ginger and garlic which we did....we will grate it we will then boil it and after boiled we will sieve it and drink.....within a week, this friend of mine got better....

Fruits are also effective and aids easy digestion....two weeks ago, I experienced constipation, I drank water and I got watermelon , and cucumbers to my greatest surprise I was relieved...... Since then I don't joke with these essential things healthy for the body... Thanks for sharing dear ..

Garlic is very good for the body and immune system. I don't get as much as I probably should, but I definately love my garlic! LOL....good thing for Shawarmas and Garlic potatoes one of my favorites!

need to eat healthy food, but not potatos coz potatos mixed with meat producing big fat and big butty, 20% of meat50% wegetables 30% of for example rice(no potatos coz potatos are nice). The main thing is to aslo switch from drinks like coca cola, pepni, doctor propper, maintence dew, oreginao, and other junk to water and fruit nectar. WIth this little trick from Doctor SirPotato you may reach your goal of healthy eating and surviving in this crazy planet earth,It is hard as human but harder as potato, thank you very much and if I may I would like to say hello to my little potato lovers - stay strong
