Cook Time: 45 m.

Total Time: 1 hour.

Materials:

In making batter

1 cup of polao rice

1 cup of basmati rice

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Quantum of lukewarm water

More:

1 1/4 liters of liquid milk

1 piece of cinnamon

1 piece of cardamom

1 wheel of date pulp

Water (as much as it takes to make a thin syrup)

Instructions:

1. Soak the rice in water overnight and blend it in a blender with a little lukewarm water in the morning.

2. Then add salt and lukewarm water as required and mix the batter very well. Chitai pitha batter will not be too thin and will not be thick.

3. When the batter is ready, cover it for 1 hour.

4. At this time take half of the milk with firewood. Add cinnamon cardamom in milk.

5. Mix the powder and water in a separate container and make a thin paste of the powder in the oven and set aside.

6. Then heat the mold of Chitai cake on high heat in the oven. When the cake mold is completely hot, turn the stove to medium heat. Apply oil on a clean cotton cloth and wipe the mold.

7. Break the cake batter very well with a spoon and then cover the cake with the batter in the mold of the cake. Chitai pitha will be made in 3 minutes.

8. Then lift the cake with a knife, wipe the mold with a clean cloth and make the rest of the cake again. (Each time you remove the cake, remove the mold.)

9. Remove the hot cakes from the mold and place them in the molasses vein and cover the pot immediately. Make sure that the syrup is hot while giving the cake.

10. When the heat of the gum syrup decreases a little, pour the condensed milk in it and mix it.

11. Leave the cake for 7-8 hours. During this time, the juice in the cake will be swollen and fluffy.

12. Then serve the fun milk chitai pitha.

Note:

* Break the cake batter very well with a spoon before each hot mold. This will make the cake quite fluffy. *

* There are many complaints that the pie does not swell or become soft, in that case you will make a cake batter by blending 1/2 cup of cooked rice with rice. The cake must be beautiful. *

* When milk powder is mixed with hot milk, the milk often breaks down. So when mixing sira and milk together, make sure that both sira and milk are lukewarm. Then there will be no possibility of milk bursting. *
