I usually reheat the food the next day to save time after cooking. However, repeated heating of certain foods is fatal.
To save time in our busy lives, we cook food together for a few days and put it in the fridge and then heat it up little by little. This is actually a good habit.
Because it is not a waste of food and time. However, there are some foods that lose their effectiveness and nutritional value as a result of reheating and many times the food becomes toxic.

* Potato curry:
If this nutritious food is eaten hot again and again, then the performance of the beneficial elements present in it starts to decrease. As a result, eating such food does not benefit the body. * Rice:
No matter how you leave the rice after cooking, it gradually loses its nutritional value. Rice contains a type of substance called spores which is converted into bacteria and these bacteria are not destroyed even after cooking. As a result, both cooking and reheating rice is harmful. Playing it can cause diarrhea and vomiting.
* Eggs:
Eggs are an essential ingredient for breakfast as they contain high levels of protein. However, eggs are a food that becomes toxic when exposed to high heat again. As a result, if we reheat cooked eggs, our stomach may suddenly feel bad.
* Chicken:
Like mushrooms, chicken is a high protein food. However, reheating at high temperatures can make this chicken the most dangerous food for you. This is because reheating changes the effectiveness of the high levels of protein in it and causes severe digestive problems. However, if the cooked chicken needs to be eaten hot, it should be heated at low temperature for a while.
* Mushrooms:
Mushrooms are rich in high levels of protein. However, it is better to eat mushrooms on the day they are cooked. Due to its high protein content, cooked mushrooms lose protein when heated. As a result, eating reheated mushrooms can be fatal to the stomach and even cause heart disease.
