How to make Crispy Honey Chili Chicken

Materials:

Boneless Chicken - 2 cups (cut into 2 inch pieces)

Large onion - 2 cups (cut into 4 slices)

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Eggs - 1

Flour - 3 tablespoons

Cornflower - 2 tablespoons

Honey - 1/2 cup

Chili sauce - 1 cup

Green pepper - 4/5

Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon

Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons

Capsicum - 1 (cut into cubes)

Testing salt - 1/2 teaspoon

White sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Onion sprouts - 1/2 cup

Salt - to taste

Soybean oil or olive oil - 3 tablespoons

Preparation method:

1. Crispy Honey Chili Chicken is not made with chicken cut into small pieces first in a pot. One by one, lemon juice, flour, eggs, ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, soy sauce, testing salt and salt to taste should be mixed well with the meat.

2. The marinated chicken should be left for 20 to 30 minutes. If you have less time on hand, you can't keep it marinated. However, the test of marinated chicken is a little too much!

3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces in it for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame. Stir well so that it does not burn.

4. Then lightly fry the fried chicken in a pan with onion, capsicum, green chilli slices. Now you have to cover it with adequate amount of water.

5. After a while, mix the chili sauce and cornflower in half a cup of water and pour the mixture into the pan.

6. Then mix all the ingredients well. When the water is almost dry and thick, add honey in it. If it boils after 5 to 6 minutes, it should be taken down.

7. Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle white sesame and onion sprouts on crispy honey chili chicken by hand. It will look much more beautiful and the restaurant will be serving quality!

You see, how easily we can make these dishes in a Chinese restaurant at home! If you follow this recipe and make chili chicken, the coating of the chicken will be crispy, and the inside will be soft and juicy. If you want, you can marinate the chicken more than once and keep it in the deep freezer. When needed, take out and fry! Crispy Honey Chili Chicken would be great to eat with fried rice or polao.
