Coronavirus infection can cause lung infections. Lung infections cause shortness of breath, which can lead to death. So it is important to keep the lungs healthy. The lungs are one of the most important organs in the human immune system.

Meanwhile, food has a special role in keeping the lungs healthy.

What to eat?

4. Yellow

Curcumin in turmeric reduces inflammation.

5. Fruits and vegetables

Fruits like apple, guava, cucumber, white etc. are very good for the lungs. Flavonoids and vitamin C in apple and batabi lemons increase lung function. In addition, carrots, pumpkins, bell peppers contain antioxidants and vitamin C. These vegetables increase the immunity of the whole body as well as the lungs.
