I guess Random Rewarder will not give a tip to a user with subscribers below 99 only.. Thats what I notice.
Am I right guys?Or its still something I've been missing with.

I only have 52 subscribers @chelout but i was tipped 2 days ago.
Just keep on publishing articles. My dear friend @leejhen was tipped six times just this morning. It totalled to about $2.
