You can either post the Chinese text only (including translated title), or you can post alternating English (original) and Chinese (translation) paragraphs.
It will help your submission if you add some credentials for translation skills (like a reference to your company if you have one, or a reference to past work examples in English->Chinese translation). You can add this either in your comment below, or in the submission you create.

A very interesting contest. Never heard of such a thing. I think that in order for the translation to be of high quality, it is also necessary to know the culture and traditions of the countries whose languages are involved in the translation.
