Six months ago, I came here for the love of writing and, of course, to earn money as well. Back in those days, I usually moved out my earnings to coinsph and converted them to fiat. Those were the old routines I had back then until I decided to start HODLing my little amounts while the rest were already converted to fiat.
Fast forward, December 15, 2020, was the day that I vowed to myself that I would HODL every bit of my BCH and aim for a full one or more this year. Since then, I would say that my life has been doing great, not with money, but the challenges I set up for myself and how I managed to achieve them little by little with the help of everyone who supports me and my #Club1BCH family.
Since I HODL BCH, I don't just get to save BCH, I've also learned a lot, something that I didn't expect at all. I learned that BCH is the future, and it can really help achieve your dreams if you just believe in the power of HODL. This is actually the reason why I keep promoting BCH on my Facebook account. Not just to get the benefits of having so many affiliates under my name, but to also give them the privilege to earn BCH that they can use for their daily needs.
Unfortunately, my Facebook circle of friends and mutual friends are not that open to something like this. I guess they are just tired of being scammed, or they are not convinced yet that they chose to ignore the opportunity. But after seeing my friends, like @Eirolfeam2 @Laurenceuuuu @Jane and a few others doing their share for the BCH community, I thought I would love to pursue what I've already started.
The only difference is, since I don't go out that much due to my condition, I'll stick to online instead, particularly on Facebook, where the majority of the people I know are using it.
Here's my simple strategy to spreading BCH Awareness to my Facebook community:
Create a Facebook page
I kinda hate Facebook actually because of too much toxicity and violence all over the platform. However, if I just focus on the good side and ignore the News Feeds, then I guess I don't have to worry about all those stuff.
The reason why I prefer Facebook pages more than DMs is that it saves me a lot of time. I can just write a long article and publish it with all the details they needed. Since I have already done managing a Facebook page before, I think this one won't be that hard too.
Add the possible targets
So my target would be the people I personally know, from neighbors who are quite a lot younger than me to my real friends. They are my first target because they know me better. They know I don't do scams at all and would never do anything stupid to harm them.
Make a simple tutorial
After doing the Bityard video on Twitter, I realized I can do something like that. I never thought I could until @PVMihalache urged us to give it a try. For that, THANK YOU. I will never ever forget that.
The simple tutorial that I'm going to create will be more on explaining how to sign up read.cash and noise.cash, how to set up their Bitcoin.com wallet, how to send and receive money, and more. The purpose of this video is to give my targets easy access on the HOW-TO stuff without reading so much text.
Include my fellow #Club1BCH fam's proof
You know how people these days are tired of scams right? And for me to convince them that these platforms are 100% legit, I will also include videos and articles from my fellow #Club1BCH fam. I'm sure that once they hear good stuff from other people, then there's a big chance that they will give it a try and won't think of it as scams.
For now, these are all that I can think of. For sure, there will be a lot to add up in the long run. I will just focus on the basics first, and hopefully, I can onboard a lot more.
I know my version of Spreading BCH Awareness is too simple, but I think every possible way is still a great way as long as you are consistent about it. I will do this because I love Bitcoin Cash, and I want to give them the privilege to earn BCH through writing on read.cash and making friends on noise.cash.
I also know that this may sound so simple but the process of onboarding them would be a different story. But I love challenges, so I won't stop until I see them spreading BCH awareness to their circle of friends.
You struggle and work harder than me, I salute you
