I just tried this recipe earlier today. It is the regular Pancit Canton with a twist! hehe
Ingredients
2 Pancit Canton (any flavor will do)
1 Egg
1/2 cup of water
Salt and pepper for additional flavor
Procedure
-Get your frying pan ready. Put it in a medium heat. Pour the water in it and put the noodle in the water. Let it stay there for around 5 minutes or until water boils.
-Once you have a boiling water, flip the noodle to the other side. Spread it evenly on the frying pan using a ladle. Let it stay around 2 more minutes. Once you have less water, pour the pre-made seasoning and mix it evenly to the cooked noodle.
-After evenly mixing the seasoning, make a space at the center of the frying pan or put the noodle on the sides of the pan. Then, break the egg and put it at the center. Season egg with salt and pepper.
-Once egg is cooked, turn off the heat and it is ready to be served.
You should try it everyone. Anyone that loves Pancit Canton especially to the Filipinos who love to eat the easy to cook noodle in sachets have to try this!
