So be careful, be watchful

Read a lot, nourish your mind and heart

Choose also your friends

Make sure that everything are worthy and helpful

Making sure that your character and happiness will not be sacrificed

It's okay to walk alone

And be away from them for a while

Saying ‘NO’ as an answer will not harm you
