The stomach is the widest part of the digestive tract. It is a sac-like extension. It is used for mixing and partial digestion of food. Food from the esophagus reaches the stomach in the form of a bolus. It transforms into a porridge. The stomach gradually pushes this porridge into the duodenum, ie into the small intestine, where digestion and absorption continue.

Every time the inner part of the body is "pushed" into an area that does not belong to it, it is called a hernia. Hiatus hernia (gastric hernia, gastric hernia) is formed as a bulge that passes through the opening that connects the stomach and esophagus and which is part of the digestive system. Otherwise, hence the name disorder: hiatus means esophagus and hernia hernia.

This is a disorder that affects a large number of people, although many do not know it. It often takes a long time until the right diagnosis is made and a large number of inconveniences that a person experiences are not attributed to the real cause - hiatal hernia. Precisely because of the large number of symptoms that indicate other disorders - the hiatus hernia is called a great imitator - it resembles other diseases, and it itself remains hidden for a long time.

Shallow breathing and inability to breathe with full lungs, shortness of breath when walking, heartburn, heaviness and pain in the stomach, nervousness, indigestion, bloating, anxiety… Did you think you had stomach problems?

There are certain techniques that can help you get your stomach back in place and continue to live normally. When your stomach swells, you have no air, you feel pain in your back, and you can't eat anything, you get a fast pulse, arrhythmia, tachycardia, your heart starts beating, and so on.

It all happens because the stomach is not in its place and it cannot digest food normally, so you often burp, hiccup, your hands are cold, etc., you may even get nervous because of all that because you are uncomfortable.

I had stomach problems. I came across this video on YouTube. My dears, I want to share with you my experience regarding the stomach problem and maybe in this way help someone who has a stomach ache or has a stomach hernia problem. First of all, I don't need any synthetic drugs for this, but this is solved in a completely natural way. Here's how.
