Sleeping In Is Not As Fun As You Might Think *Hey guys! It's aquariyoursxx once again, lately I don't know what to write so to prevent myself from writing nonsense articles hahaha, I didn't even try at least to make one. But after reading some facts on my spare time, I discovered something that some of you might not know. Please do enjoy reading!* Even before the quarantine and lockdown in some places started, a lot of us wished that one day, just for one day, we would like to sleep for 10-12 hours. Of course, going back to how hectic amd stressful most of our days are, who wouldn't want to? And now that we finally got the chance, for months already, a lot of us are sleeping in. Fun to think that, "***wow this great! I get to be healthier since all I do is rest and sleep!*** " But that fun will end after you read this article. Oversleeping or sleeping in can cause diseases. It is true that while you are sleeping, your body relaxes by lowering your blood pressure. However, scientists saw that oversleeping can cause certain illnesses like heart problems, diabetes and obesity. It can cause you back pain. If you already have back pains, sleeping in can worsen it. Getting in a position for a long time cause muscke stiffness, and you wouldn't know how you are sleeping. Doctors also recommend that those who have back pains remain active, however sleeping in can lessen your time to do it. It actually increases Fatigue. Sleeping clears your stress and tiredness at work. But sleeping in especially in morning means constant awakening disturbances that causes you more stress and results to feeling tired even after waking up. This could also be accompanied with headaches. Slows down recovery from depression. We might think sleep helps a depressed person feel at least okay since it stops us from thinking too much, well it is. But if it's too much, study shows that a patient who slept 9-10 hours a day had a slow recovery compared to a patient who slept 7-8 hours a day. It impairs your brain. A study purposively conducted for the Alzheimer's Association International Conference shown that elderly women who slept more or less than 7 hours a day had worse brain functioning compared to those who sleep for only 7 hours a day. Now that you knew how oversleeping damages your health, you might be wondering if you are sleeping too much. I wish I could give you the exact amount of time a normal sleep should be. However, that amount of time need to sleep differs by your age, sex and activities. But do remember that professionals recommends sleeping 7-9 hours a day for teenagers and adults. While more for younger ones and less for the older ones. *That's it guys! I hope you learned a lot from this article. Start training yourself to not sleep less or more for a healthier body! Please do comment your thoughts and subscribe for those who haven't yet.* *I would like to thank* @Ashma , *the* *thoughtful and big brain moderator of the community,* *Get Sponsored !!**. Interior Design of My Dream Bedroom *Hey guys! I don't know if you'll like this type of content but I just want to share with you all the bedroom I designed in an application called, "****Room Planner****". It is my dream to design the interior of houses and rooms but I don't know how to draw and I can only do stick figures so I'll just let my dream live in the digital world hahaha!* So I would love a wide space in the center of my room so I can do whatever I want in there. I love to create crafts so it would be nice to have some space in the moodle. Also I loooove wood accents mixed with modern styles. This just wont go out of style no matter how long it'll last. I love staring outside of my window so it would be a dream for me if I wake up right next to my window. This is another angle so you can see the door. As you can see, there's a mirror standing on that side with the plant since I love dressing up then taking mirror-shot pictures. And of course, the most boring area, the study area. I don't really like the commonly seen study table in Google where a lot of things are neatly stacked. My attention span is soooo short that I might see a piece of eraser and then I'll play with it for hours. Mainly the reason for the wall that separated it with the TV area. And lastly, this would be the bathroom I want. Most of the days, I'd probably spend half a day in the tub. That's how much I love staying at the bathroom and I don't know why! Please do comment if you'd like to see more of this kind of contents. I'd gladly upload some. Also share your thoughts on the comments section and don't forget to click thumbs up and subscribe! I would like to thank @dexter , @Bestie and @scottcbusiness for sponsoring me. Another thanks to @Ashma the moderator of the community I'm in and who helped me a lot.

Weathering With You: an Animated Film Review Hina Amano, a teenager, prayed hard for the rain to stop so she can walk with her sick mother even for the last time. While doing so, a mysterious and bright ray of sun hits a rooftop of an abandoned building. Mesmerized by it, she followed the light leading her to small shrine located on the rooftop. Without knowing, she crossed the shrine and found herself having the ability to clear the particular area's weather by praying. As an orphan with a little brother relying on her, she worked as a part-timer in McDonalds but due to reasons, she was fired and decided to try to work at a night club. On the way while being escorted by two male employees, she meets again Hodaka Morishima, a run away boy who misunderstood the situation and grabbed her to escape. From then, Hina told Hodaka about her abilities and showed it to him. As both struggling for money, they made a business through her skills, unaware of the consequences. Because Japan has been experiencing crazy rainy days, their business started to grow, and so did their feelings towards each other. However, as fate is always cruel in movies, consequences began to be known and misfortunes came. But with their undying love, watch how they try to fight despite the complications the world has given them. **My thoughts:** *I have got to be honest, I don't like the movie that much as I expected I would. Probably because of the decision Hodaka made at the last part. Sorry for the word but it sounded stup*d for me. But I do like the how the characters and their background, especially Hina. This would be a great movie for those who give their all for their loved ones. I like Kimi No Nawa better than this. Again, it's just because of the ending. It's a personal choice. You might love it so* ***go ahead and watch it*** ***here******!*** https://t.me/Animeworld001/1174 Anyways! The Anxiety Corona Virus Brings Hey, this is @aquariyoursxx again. This is going to be a bit personal as I will share about the unstableness of my feelings right now due to the on-going pandemic. This is also going to be an informal way of writing as I will talk in a first POV. It was the third week of March when news about the virus spread in our country, Philippines. Even before that, we were already wearing face masks, in our region, because of a volcanic ash fall. It was the week wherein the students were having hectic schedules due to Research Congress, so even in weekdays, I still go out to meet my groupmates. In the last week of March, the classes were already suspended because few cases were already recorded and my region is not that far from the national airport where foreigners land when they go to the Philippines. Days passed, I started having body aches and sore throat, so I panicked because literally the day the classes were suspended, me and my friends were at a thrift store, near a hospital where a rumored patient was checked in. I even stayed away from my brother that time because I might have the virus. It was the worst week of my life, tbh. I cried in fear, probably because of what I see in the internet about Covid patients. But after two weeks, I was relieved when the sickness was gone. For the first month of quarantine, since my mom is not home due to work, they were housed by the company, I had the responsibility of going to the market and buying stuff for the house. Since we don't have a refrigerator that time, I go out about 3-4 times a week. And then again, I started having body aches, even got a runny nose and fever. It was then when I really detained myself in the house. Even when the store was just across my house, I can't leave the house by the fear that I have the virus and I might transmit it to someone. Again, series of sleepless nights came. The anxiety is growing as it took another 2 weeks when I got better. But even then, I didn't want to go out of the house. The fear didn't stop there. I continuously experience being sick at least once a month and I don't even know why. I'm not this easy to get sick even when I have this kind of body. Even now, I am experiencing a fever and a runny nose right now. This time I am more afraid because as some of you know, two days ago, I went out to my friend's house. It is my fault for feeling this way, I understand. However, even though I experienced it over and over and over again, the same fear-even stronger, and the anxiety I feel still lingers. Even though I know that it's impossible to have it since I literally didn't go out for the rest of the days, the same feeling is still there. Sometimes when I tell my mother about being sick, I laugh while telling her so she wont feel how anxious I am. Actually, we make fun of it to ease the fear we have. The thing with this virus is that if it doesn't attack you physically, it attacks you mentally and emotionally. It's so stressful that you might find it hard to keep yourself sane. But luckily, during those times, I discovered about podcasts. It helped me really good listening to people talking about their worries also. And now, thank you to my friend, @kli4d , I discovered this platform. Here I am typing my worries about the anxiety the virus affects me. If you've come all the way here reading my not-so-helpful content, then thank you for making time. Anyway, this isn't meant to be read by a lot of people. I just want to shake off my thought right now. Thank you!
Taming Your Insecurities *Hello! This is @aquariyoursxx again. Before I'll start my content, I would like to promote* *Get Sponsored!**, if you want to get sponsored by the moderator, Ashma, feel free to join the growing community. You can also join a week-long contest he is hosting right now.* https://read.cash/c/get-sponsored-2a0b Insecurity is an uncertainty in one's self that everybody has to deal with everyday in their lives. Some people may have their daily life affected by this feeling, but some also don't. But whether this affecys you dail or not, insecurities should be tamed. I have read articles and listened to podcasts for basis and research but there is only one source that I think will work for the majority of us. This idea is inspired by a Filipino podcast in Spotify, Walwal Sesh. (*A thing or two will be from the said podcast.*) https://open.spotify.com/show/3mdHxRGkuPZObKdmi33DWg?si=U2difbtZRayVbo_szRbPKQ Insecurities differ in forms. It could be in your body, your face, your voice, in your workplace, your intelligence and many more! Thinking about all those insecurities got me thinking how this will suit so much to all of it. 1. Think about how you got to where you are right now. If you're insecure about your competence, your intelligence, your accomplishments and anything that relates to feeling so little of yourself. Think about how you got there. If you're around successful people, think about how you became part of that group. Remember that ***you won't be where you are if it's not for you... you wont have it if you're not worthy of having it.*** 2. Do something to improve yourself. Let's say you're insecure of your body. You're too thin or too fat for your own liking. Then do something. Start exercising. Start your diet plan. If you're insecure of your skin color and you just can't accept it no matter what you do, then consult doctors, or research about it. As long as you're doing something to impove, then that'll be okay. Think of your hard work and effort, then tell yourself you'll be better. 3. Accept that not even a thing or person is perfect. This last statement might be something you always hear but it is what it is. No one, even your most loved idol is perfect. They may seem perfect but they also have their struggles and insecurities. They're also battling with something they can't see. And you should too. I know all what I said or written is "easier said than done" but taming your insecurities takes time. I have been living with it for 18 years already, just recently that I'm able to tell myself and pat my shoulders that "*it's okay, it's part of life, you're doing great, you're making improvements*". ***This article wont help you get rid of your insecurity because it wont.*** It will never leave unless you can't feel anything already. Too cliché, but **YOU ARE WORTHY**. So that's it. I hope you felt better after reading this article. I hope you got to learn from it and helped you. I would like to thank @Ashma for creating the community and contest I mentioned above. Also to @dexter , @Bestie and @scottcbusiness foe sponsoring me. Thank you so much for your help.
Gender Roles Being So Alive in Filipino Households Hey guys! This is aquuariyoursxx again with another topic to share with you all. If you'll like this blog, feel free to click thumbs up, comment your thoughts and subscribe if you haven't yet. Enjoy! Stereotyping of gender roles have naturally died down already in the Philippines in terms of who works for the family, who stays at home, who is weak and who is strong. A lot at this point, have already accepted that men or women, they should dou anything they can and they want to help their families. However, talking to my online friends who also lives in the Philippines, I have noticed something similar to what I'm experiencing right now. They all talk about how their family let's them do something because they're male or female. For example, the daughter in the family does the chores while the son just sits nothing because "it is what they are". *Personally, everyday is like that.* "Do this, you're a girl/boy." "You're a girl/boy, yet you don't know how to do this." "It's your job because you're a girl/boy." Using our gender as a reason to everything is very wrong. Of course telling us to do household chores is not bad,it's our job after all, but telling us to do so because we're *we?* So what if you're a girl and you don't cook well or clean the house? So what if you're a boy and you can't lift heavy stuffs? There's nothing wrong with that unless you're being lazy and not even moving a single inch. Let us not let this influence our minds. We hated the idea of gender roles, I'm sure our children soon would also have the same feeling. Let's not keep gender roles for a century more and let our offsprings suffer from such limitations. ***Anyone is capable of anything. No matter what gender you are. Do what you're best at.*** I hope you got motivated and learned a thing or two in my blog. One thing I want to thank is the community, **Get Sponsored!** Please do join our supportive community. We are in week-long contest and you are freee to join! And I want thank @Ashma, @dexter , @Bestie and@scottcbusiness our thoughtful moderator and my sponsors. #HimToo Hey! This is @aquariyoursxx once again and today, this will be a serious stuff that only a few would talk about. I hope this article would help people become aware and be sensitive of those people around them. A lot of people know about how women are abused, in any way. A lot of people fight for the safety and rights of women, even men stand for this advocacy. However, not a lot of people know that men are also abused. According to the gathered pieces of informations, a percentage of 25%-35% of the male population have experienced being abused by a partner, a friend, a family member or even a stranger. This does not only limit to physical abuse but also verbal, sexual and domestic violence. If you'd think about it, comparing to the percentage of women's, it's a small. Here are the two reasons why a few only have the guts to report such crime: **Men are ashamed** to be branded as someone who experienced abuse. Let's face it, even as a women, sometimes we also feel ashamed, how much more to the men who are branded as strong, masculine and dependable by the society? **Other men will make a joke out of the abused when they'll know about it.** Especially in the Philippines where a term called, "Under-the-Saya", meaning being inferior/bossed around by your wife is a laughing stock. You'd think "*what if they don't care about what others will think?* " Some men can't report it because they can't leave the relationship or household they're in. Why? **Their religion tells them so.** Some religion doesn't allow broken marriages, or else they'll be executed from their church. **No one knows about their sexuality.** Do remember that *not only straight males are abused.* In fact, homosexual males are more prone to abuse do to the community not fully accepting their sexual orientation. They may choose to not talk about the abuse because they're afraid that their partner might tell the others about his sexuality. **They're minors and can't find a job.** What we're talking about here is not only those in a relationship but also those being abused by their family or relatives. As much as they want to go out of their hellish home, it would be harder for them if they'll have to live in the streets. Men can be weak too, they can cry, get hurt and be abused too. ***Abuse knows no gender.*** And if you're one them, I really deeply, truly hope you would ***find the courage to speak. You're not alone.*** Anti-abuse hotlines are all over the place, centers and police stations are their also. I know it wont be easy especially that you're a man and everyone thinks highly of you but ***you're a human too.*** If you don't know you're already abused and is suspicious of it, you can read it here and try to identify. https://www.helpguide.org/articles/abuse/help-for-men-who-are-being-abused.htm ***Don't be ashamed of being abused, the abuser should be.*** ***#HimToo*** I would like again to thank the community that has been helping me so much. We're already on the 2nd week of the contest and if you want to join, join Get Sponsored! The moderator, @Ashma will also help you Get Sponsored! https://read.cash/c/get-sponsored-2a0b A special thanks to my sponsors, @dexter , @Bestie and @scottcbusiness thank you so so much for sponsoring me. The Beauty of The Sunset Hey guys! I hope you'll show some love in this motivational content of mine. Please do feel free to subscribe then comment so I can also subscribe to you too. Thank you! So let's get started. I watched a Korean variety show last night and the scene was when the two casts were sitting, admiring the beautiful sunset in Jeju Island. Questions like how can it display so much colors popped into their minds and mine also. And I was interested by the line "why does the sun go down so fast?" I then looked in to how long it takes until the sun sets. And acoording to Astronomy Scope, it takes only 2-3 minutes for the sun to go down after touching the horizon. And that got me thinking why the most beautiful part of the sunset can only be seen for such small amount of time. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.astronomyscope.com/how-long-does-it-take-for-the-sun-to-set/%23:~:text%3DThe%2520Sun%2520takes%2520approximately%2520150,the%2520year%2520and%2520the%2520latitude.&ved=2ahUKEwj96uCFhdnqAhWBHKYKHQSWAooQFjACegQIDxAI&usg=AOvVaw1u8YAfGo_wNHJstCF-Vlut&cshid=1595154124255 After thinking hard, a thought popped, "***it's for us to realize that beauty fades and every moment should be cherished.***" In our life, bad things happen. It might be sometimes for others, but it might be often for some. But what we have to remember is that *not even a day, no beautiful things will come.* You just have to look for it. It may not be as beautiful and as oblivious as the sun setting but I know that if you knew and noticed, you'll want to cherish it forever. It may just be the smiles from your children after getting scolded by your boss. It may be the the bright, blue sky while you're walking after getting rejected. Or may sometimes be just the hug from someone after failing your exams. It doesn't matter how big, beautiful or long the moment is. It's there. So ***cherish it while it's lasting.*** I hope you got motivated by my short post and I do hope you realized some thing's sooner because of this. One thing I cherish here in this olatform is the community, Get Sponsored! Please do join this supportive community. And I want to thank @Ashma , @dexter , @Bestie . The thoughtful moderator and my two sponsors. https://read.cash/c/get-sponsored-2a0b

Kimi No Nawa: an Animated Film Review Hey guys! I'm back again with movie/series/film reviews. This one is suggested by my friend @kli4d as he loves the movie so much it made him cry hahaha. Mitsuha Miyamizu is a simple high-school girl, daughter of the town's mayor, and lives in Itomori. She is uninterested in the Shinto rituals her grandmother does and the election campaign of her Father. She wishes to be a handsome Tokyo boy in her next life to not feel the boredom again. Taki Tichabana is a high school boy in Tokyo who has a part-time job in an Italian restaurant. He dreams of being an architect or artist. One day, they begin to swap bodies randomly, at first, buffled and doesn't know what to do, they had a hard time. But leaving notes on paper, phones and even on the skin became their means of communication. Both have changed their lives so much, until the last note Mitsuha left him, talking about a comet hitting Itomori. Taki wakes up in his body and tried calling Mitsuha, but he failed. And so he decided to meet her directly. Since he doesn't know the name of the place, he made use of his drawings to find it. On his journey to find the girl, he stumbled upon unexpected informations that left him in confusion. But with this, their connection will deepen. However, necessary happening should be done that caused their connection to fall apart. Will they ever reconnect? That's it! I hope you enjoyed reading the review and it made you the animated film if you haven't watched it yet. You'll be missing a lot in your lives if you don't. Importance of Breathing Properly in Workouts Hey guys! Another fitness article from yours truly, aquariyoursxx. And today, this is not only for people gaining weight but also losing. So please enjoy and learn a lot! Breathing is a natural thing for us, it's nothing even special if you think about it. You can do it while sleeping, literally. However, if you connect it to working out, it will help you a lot and it is not only from preventing you to pass out due to loss of breath. Let's take things easy, oxygen, how fuel works to the car, also works the same way to our body. For our body, especially muscles to function properly, it needs a certain amount of oxygen. And this amount depends on the intensity and speed of your movement. If a car wants to speed up, it will require more energy than usual. In working out, hard as it may believe, breathing properly at the right time will help you get better results. Why? 1. It helps in endurance Endurance is your ability to "endure" to [take or do] something difficult for you in a period of time. For example in planks, if you breathe too fast, it makes you tired fast. If you breathe too slow, you'll pass out. That's it. However, if you breathe at the right amount of timing you need, this means you have to control it, it lengthens the time of holding the plank up. Longer time, better results. 2. It helps you lift heavier As said earlier, breathing properly helps the blood flow better, thus means your muscles will get enough oxygen to lift weights. From my experience also, breathing properly helps you relax therefore lenghtens also the time of your capability to lift heavy things. As usual, more lifts, more outstanding results. And lastly, 3. It keeps you away from distraction Knowing about the benefits of breathing in workouts will automatically make you focus on your breathing, therefore you're more focused on your workouts. ***Remember****: Do not hold your breath. Breathe comfortably throughout the exercise. You can find a lot of breathing patterns on the Internet but the most logical is to breathe out in harder parts of the exercise to strenghten your core.* That's is for the benefits of breathing properly when working out. I do hope you are really exercising to reach your goals. Let us all support each other! And again, thank you to the community I am in, **Get Sponsored!** This community helps users get sponsored, so if you want to Get sponsored! Hello people! Just wanna share my newly published blog about thrifting, I hope you would make some time and read it. https://read.cash/@aquariyoursxx/why-is-thrifting-a-trend-23986a58 You should also share yourbthoughts or experiences in thrifting. Let's support each other and I'll subscribe after you do so. Thank you!
Why is Thrifting a Trend? Hey guys! This is aquariyoursxx with the article I posted about earlier, I hope you'd make some time reading this blog and enjoy the fun facts I have with me. Please also do subscribe to my profile to get notified of other articles I will publish. So here it is, **enjoy!** If you would search on Youtube, "thrift-flip" hundreds and thousands of videos will pile up with just one click. Vlogs about thrift haul, downsizing, upsizing, do-it-yourself thrift videos and a lot more! Ever wonder when and why thrifting became a trend? Thrift shops, "Úkay-Úkay" in the Philippines is derived from the Visayan word "ukáy" meaning "to sift through, to look through". As what you all know, the clothes, purses, shoes or anything in a thrift store are second-hand items. Back in the days, thrifting is something people are ashamed to do unlike these days wherein thrift-flipping is a flex in social media. Probably because people back in the days knew that ukay-ukay is illegally imported in the country, and since it retails on a very low price, a sign of being poor. Believe it or not, thrift shops started in the 1920's but immediately declined after a story about a girl who attended a prom wearing a thrifted dress got humiliated and was infected of smallpox was published in The Saturday Evening Post. It then started again in the 1980's in Baguio,Philippines where it was called "wagwagan" meaning "to dust of clothes while flicking it to the air". Then in 2008, it became accepted and now recently is a trend. The question is why. https://www.saturdayeveningpost.com/ 1. Generation Z and Millenials According to Mental Floss in 2019, Generation Z makes about 33% while Millenials make up 31.5% of the world's population. That's more than half already. The two generations commony prefers thrifted clothes compared to branded one's like H&M, Zara, Penshoppe and more. The reason is our next reason. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/555109/generation-z-will-outnumber-millennials-within-one-year%23:~:text%3DUsing%2520data%2520from%2520the%2520United,China%252C%2520Japan%252C%2520and%2520Germany.&ved=2ahUKEwj4zvepqdTqAhUpy4sBHZFvCj0QFjACegQIDRAG&usg=AOvVaw2FYBPBRWEgyKHJp_IeW4py 2. Thrifted clothes are friendly to the environment Recycling and upcycling clothes even for 3 months more of their supposedly average life span are said to decrease about 5-10% of the carbon waste and footprints globally. This is where the the two generations' ears ring. More than half of the their population testified that clothing brands should also take the responsibility in the environmental condition. 3. It's cheap Nothing to add here, we all know this is why. People wouldn't mind buying a lot of cheap stuff. But please do mind to still buy what you will really wear. It would be contradicting if you bought thrifted stuff because of no.2 then you just throw the stuff away right after buying it. 4. It's unique It would be very rare to find other people wearing the same pieces you found from thrift shops-unless you bought a uniform. Unlike shopping in department stores and branded stores, one style, a hundred pieces. And there you go people! I hope you enjoyed reading the blog and I hope you learned a thing or two. But do remember that we have our own preferences and if you don't like thrifted stuff then don't like it. Anyone has no right to humiliate or insult another for his/her preferences. Tips on Gaining Weight Hey guys! The last time I posted something about the videos that helped me gain weight, I couldn't put these tips on it since it might be too long already. So here it is, the things that helped me gain weight. Make sure to read the whole article especially the last tip because a lot stops working out because of that (including me before). *I am not a professional. I just share what worked for me.* 1. EAT This is suuuper common but what most of us don't know is that we don't need to eat very heavy meals everytime we eat. If you are not the type to eat so much in one seating, you can eat portions of it for 4-6 times a day. Just make sure to get enough calories and proteins that will help you build muscles. You can google how much you need since we have different needs. *These are the protein and calorie-rich food that are easy to find in the Philippines. I can also suggest* ***Richoco*** *wafer for a snack.* 2. CORRECT WORKOUT POSTURES One thing I noticed from my classmates everytime we had our Physical Education class is that a lot of them don't know the correct posture for the exercises. The most common is in **squats**. *When doing squats, your legs should be parallel to the ground. Your legs shouldn't be slant. Make sure to watch out for this. You can even do squats beside a mirror so you can see your posture.* Next is in **push-ups** and **planks**. I will put images here since this is difficult to describe. *Arching your back in these exercises will not only give you no results but also will also give you back pain. So be careful.* 3. MOVE YOUR MUSCLES EVEN WHEN LYING DOWN A habit I got from working out is doing simple exercises like raising my legs when I lie on my sides and flipping them when I lie on my face. Especially on your rest days, you could use this tip for minor muscle movements. And last but definitely not the least; 4. DONT WORRY TOO MUCH Don't stress yourself too much over your body. You can make it work. You can get to your goal. Stress only leads to weight loss so comfort yourselves with anything. You can check out my article about it here. (*low-key self-plug*) https://read.cash/@aquariyoursxx/how-to-find-comfort-everywhere-2bdfd9b5 Another thing is that you might freak out after your first few days of working out, you'll probably see parts of your body especially legs and arm, downsizing. But it's nothing to worry about, your itzy bitzy fats are just burning and soon those fats will disappear because the muscles are coming. So no worries. Alright guys, that's it for today about fitness, I got tons more to share about all of you. Today is workout day so I pray I wont get lazy. I hope you all will start soon and reach your fitness goals. Progress is Success Have you ever stopped doing something midway because you think the process never ends? Like it's too slow? Have you ever thought if you'd succeed on your goals by saving just cents for the day? Have you ever stopped because it felt like you're in a never-ending progress? First and foremost, ***the progress you had is the result of your hardwork***. You would never reach your goal if you didn't progress. Your progress is where you'll learn what you lack, what you've done too much and what other things you should do more. Just think of it as a video game. You used one technique then you passes level 1. You used another technique, you passed level 2. You used another technique, but you failed. So you thought of combining the two techniques that made you pass the previous levels, and then there you did. When you're in Level 1, you don't think about "*What should I do to beat the boss?*" You think about **what you should do to pass the level you're in.** Coming back to my second paragraph, ***"the progress you had is the result of your hardwork***. " The progress is you passing each level, it's the result of your hard work and dedication. So in real life, why would you think about getting how to graduate when you're on your first semester? Why would you think about losing or gaining 20 pounds when you don't even know what and how you should do the exercises to begin with? *Why would you think about the bigger things instead of thinking of small things that would lead you to what is really bigger?* So if you're ever thinking of stopping what you're doing right now because of slow results, **your progress is what matters.** It doesn't matter if you're not part of the honor students or dean's lister, if you're grades are getting better, you'll get it. It doesn't matter if you lose or gain a pound in a week, keep doing it, you'll get there. **You progressing, is already a success.** I would like to commend the helpful and inspiring and supportive community that I am in, **Get Sponsored!** This community helps users get sponsored, so if you want to Get sponsored!
