Cantharellus cibarius is an edible mushroom that grows in a group between June and October in deciduous and coniferous forests.The bet reaches a size between 2 to 5 cm and a diameter between 1 to 2 cm. The hat reaches a diameter of between 3 and 12 cm.It can be used for all types of mushroom preparation except for drying. Due to its firm composition, cooking is recommended.
