Taken last month when the gyms re-opened. Now, the gyms are closed again with the reimposition of ECQ in the city. One of my favorite boxing drills, working on the speed ball. Once I've saved up for it, I'll definitely get a nice weight lifting cage at home and get a speed ball and heavy bag installed with it. Maybe put up a double end ball as well. Mitt training is an integral part of boxing. I usually do 4 to 6 rounds of mitt training with my coach. He calls out the combinations and I do it as fast as I can hitting the mitts with full force.
